We were arriving on a late flight and needed a hotel near the airport. This hotel is within a short drive from the Kastrup airport, with convenient parking. The staff was cordial and provided efficient check in. The hotel room was small but had everything we needed.

Short distance from the trains / metro. Shopping centre near by. Rooms had differing prices for what appear to be the same size, were rather warm with no air con, and traffic could be heard as the windows had to be open to cool down.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for the money. We paid around $100 per night for what was basically a dorm room. CABINN took great care of making it look nice on the outside to the lobby. But that minute you get out of your elevator to your rooms it made us feel like we were in some kind of ghetto with a bad paint job and very close quarters to other guests. There was a cigarette butt in our window and was unclean. The parking in the garage was to be paid immediately which was never told to us. We got a huge fine because we were an hour late in registering our car which was $20 per night. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The hotel is an excellent location next to a shopping mall, very close to a metro and train station, and also very close to the airport. The property itself is quite basic but definitely covered our needs, the room was very small and an awkward shape. The bathroom resembled that of a cruise ship bathroom which was very compact. But for the price we paid we shouldn’t really complain because it was value for money. The breakfast was okay, it seemed much like a school canteen but it had lots of things so you would always find something to enjoy for breakfast. The price of the snacks behind reception was reasonable, they accommodated us when we wanted to watch something on the TV in the lobby, staff were very helpful and overall the stay was success!

The staff were amazing and I needed a bed and to sleep I arrived on the metro and spent far too long finding the hotel and how to walk there, not nice at night with a heavy case

Nice staff. Close to mall. But rooms were not the cleanest. Our ladder had poppyseed dressing all over it. And brown smears on the wall. Provided shelter from the Copenhagen wind.

Tl;dr: Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for, good for the price. Would stay again if saving money was a priority. Room was very bare bones, the bathroom was a little small. It was cheap and in a good location. Overall I would probably go for a more pricey one on future trips, but for the cost this is a great option. The parkade was pretty tight and a bit annoying having to pay for parking, but I can’t speak to if that is the norm here as I’m more familiar with the North American market so just making you aware. There’s a mall right next door and the metro, easy access to the airport, the wifi was good. The staff were friendly enough, the one guy seemed a little incredulous that I asked if there was a phone anywhere I could use (had to call rental company and my sim was only data), but they were very accommodating overall. I am overall happy with my stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone with a tighter budget or who would want to simply spend the difference on the rest of their trip.

I booked for February 3 by mistake, trying to book for April 14 and then tried to change the date within 10 minutes of realizing my mistake. They refused to help me change the reservation and took my money. All I was trying to do was switch the date.

This is a great place for what it is, meaning a place to sleep and a shower. This is not a 5-star resort hotel with restaurants etc but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy, well equipped.

Very surprised at how small the "cabin" was. The shower and toilet were about 2 feet apart from each other. No frige or microwave. The very minimum for a hotel stay. Comfy enough bed. Hot water shower, some privatcy, and some nice smelling soap packs. Good forca long layover or 1 night stay.

Surprisingly not too thin walled or loud, good location and comfortable bed/decent price point. Helpful staff and pleasant ambiance, good wifi. Downsides are: shower has no bottom barrier so whole tiny room/toilet area gets soaked; lotsa smokers outside the property—in front and in alleyways; and, they sell inexcusably horrible coffee…and I mean totally undrinkable! I was shocked. Not a nice way to save $ and the staff deserve better. Please: Invest in decent coffee/makers. Get a quality vending machine if nothing else. Copenhagen has tons of good coffee. There is no justification for this. And it should definitely not be sold to patrons.

This is a perfect place for one or two nights maximum! The room are ultra small, like a train compartment, so best if you are a solo traveler and a small person. The toilet/Shower are miniature. You can literally be sitting on the toilet and shower simultaneously! It is spotless clean! There is street noise, even on the 9th floor. You can hear people in the hallway so bring earplugs. Luckily, I was just there for one night.

Everything was great, and easy walking to Royal Arena. Yes, the rooms are small, but, that's the whole concept. The beds are small but actually quite comfortable. Everything was clean, and there is a smokers cabin on the patio. I read the reviews before staying, and we had none of the issues that others have reported. It is next to Fields Shopping Plaza, and there is a Burger King near the arena. There are also bus and train stops nearby.

The place lovely ...Of course coning from Canada, the rooms were on the very small end. My room actually had a bunk bed. It located basically a less than 5 minute walk from Field's Shopping Mall. I stayed for 3 nights and picked up my groceries from a very affordable (by Nordic standards ) grocery store in the mall (BILCK?). . If you're staying a while , pay for the buffet breakfast. . Its very close ro the train station feom the airport and the same line runs to Malmo, Sweden also . . Go ahead and book, you'll enjoy it.

It was a hotel that was just okay to be honest. It served it's purpose as a place to sleep at night but was a bit unremarkable. Some staff members were not unhelpful but they made a bit of a deal out of something that could have been a small issue and very simply resolved. Not what I needed after a day of travel - Had an issue with cleanliness upon arival. The hotel is well situated near a big shopping centre with pretty much everything you could want which is a great plus and the Royal Arena is close by if you have an event there. The standard room was pretty small. It was fine for just me on a short stay but would have been cramped with more than one person and extra luggage. The room was warm and the bed was pretty comfortable. Good quantity of towels provided and the shower is functional even if it does wet your toilet paper if you're not careful and you might have to sweep the water down the drain if you want to go back in to use the bathroom post having a shower and not get wet feet again. Overall it was okay.

The room was well structured. We had enough linen for each person. The water was hot, which was a relief since so many others were not. Parking was available. Numerous staff working at the reception desk that were very willing to help
