Property in poor condition. Both pools closed. In disrepair, lots of yellow tape areas blocked off. Temporary support beams holding up 2nd floor. Poor lighting. Shower handle plumbing bangs the shower wall. Very loose.

Very dated and run down. Bulbs were out in the restroom and had to be replaced. The toilet continuously ran and maintenance had to come up and replace the tank flapper. Several large stains all over the carpet. The stairwell leading to the ice machine was completely dark at night and you couldn’t see because all the lights were burnt out and you had to use your light on your phone.

Staff is nice and helpful and the rooms are decently clean. But what they don’t say in the policy shown is that even though check in is at 3 pm if they don’t hear from you by 4 pm they will CANCEL your room. We thankfully were able to get refunded then a new room but if that is going to be a policy it should be shown. Then we discovered the rooms were not well maintained. We had to ask for a new room because the the key lock was broken which made our room easy to get into and the shower didn’t work. In our new room the key lock didn’t work well but it locked at least. Aside from that the toilet constantly made a loud noise and the shower did not regulate the temperature well; either burning you or being too cold regardless what temperature you set it on.

Sleep tight n don’t let the Bedbugs bite
Night manger/morning manager where super nice and helpful, room was clean @ least we thought. Was not happy to here that the pool was out of service however that was the least of our sadness. We where very upset that my daughter woke up with bedbugs bites all over her body. Although they apologized and refunded our money our hearts was overwhelmed to see my baby girl go through the pain and agony of those bites..

I felt unsafe there with the poor lighting around the property and it sounded like someone was trying to get into the room all night. Combined with the lack of amenities, flies and poor maintenance of property, the whole thing needs to be scrapped and rebuilt.

Property was very sad looking. Was there a week and never seen anyone doing any repairs. Only 1/2 of the hotel was able to be occupied. Our room was ok nothing to write home about. Phone did not work in our room. Also our toilet would plug up everytime we would flush it. We had to go get a plunger to plung the toilet every time. Glad we really were jist tjere to sleep.

I’ve stayed in this motel many many times over the last 40 years. It is no longer a place I will choose. From doors that won’t open unless you pull the handle just right… to the smell of age in the rooms…to the furniture that is 40 years old (no desk or rolling chair) … the sticky carpets, the toilet that is inches from the floor, the sink that won’t drain. The beds are only full-size, not queen… the pool and hot tub have been closed for YEARS. Construction going on nearby, parking lot barricaded. They should reduce their prices to the lowest categories of no-tell motel if they can’t/won’t invest in the care of their property.

The bright beautiful picture they show on the internet is not what it looks like in person. They advertised having a pool, their sign out front has a neon light that says indoor pool, and apparently they haven't had use of their pool in 2 years! All the concrete around the building and the building itself was falling apart. They say no pets, and there was a dog in the room next door. The staff member was very helpful, her name was Melissa and she was very kind. However the staff member of the following morning was not! I did however appreciate their breakfast and clean room!
