"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

"This place was unlike any other. Felt like I was on a set for Beauty and the Beast. This hotel was the perfect place after exploring the architecture of the charming town. The breakfast in the morning was the most amazing French breakfast I have had. The owners were warm and friendly and I would recommend this place to everyone. I will be back someday! "

"Standard 4* hotel - clean, super friendly staff and reasonably quiet despite being in the middle of the town. Biggest drawback is lack of on-site parking which other reviewers have also referred to. We were actually moved to the Colombier - the sister hotel accros the road and the team and staff did their best to make the small room as comfortable as possible for the three of us. "Stayed here after checking out of a horrendous hotel. It was comfy and cozy, but quite far from a lot of things. There is nothing around the area, so just be prepared. Room was nice though, and fairly clean. Will stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel- in a great spot. Excellent breakfast- lots of variety for all tastes. Only thing that let the room down was the creeky floor of the whole room that gave the impression to the occupants below and led to a complaint from reception that we were stomping about when in fact we had no shoes on at all! This then made us anxious when we moved around the room which was unfortunate and slightly soured our overall experience."
