"Horrible staff! I booked the room through Expedia and the night we arrived they said they had no reservations under my name; I called Expedia and they said otherwise. Long story short, we ended up getting a different room than what I booked and stayed there only because we had no choice and it was late at night. The area/people staying there are also very sketchy, one of the days the police and ambulance were there to pick up a drug addict who had overdosed. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had! Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more to stay somewhere else."

"The pool Furniture was run down and towels were not always accessible My room was not the cleanest with a ripped couch and missing items from the kitchen like utensils which would have been helpful with my family of 5 Breakfast was out of something daily Ie- ”yogurt, plain bagels, hasbrowns”"

"It’s an ok hotel definitely not worth what I paid at all overall was fine the only thing that was very very annoying was the key cards don’t work at all had to go downstairs like 500 times to the front desk to get the cards fixed couldn’t get into my room 90% of the time I was there that’s my biggest complaint overall fine"
