Dear Saraichik Hotel. I wanted to express my gratitude to your staff. We have had several participants stay with you recently and both have had some hiccups in their travel. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating during these mishaps and I am grateful for their assistance with them. I am very impressed and happy with this hotel.
