Parking lot and entrance road are in need of repaving. Lots of potholes and giant craters. Only one entrance for in an out, not including emergency exit only doors that you cannot use your card to reenter, as they are emergency exits only. Other than that, excellent stay for our needs. Clean pool, clean room, plenty of cable channels, full hot breakfast with cold options as well. We all loved the waffles from the maker station! Friendly and helpful staff on every shift!!!

The parking lot is unsafe. No actual lines to show you where you can park. And uneven pavement everywhere.

Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. The mid shift desk clerk was 5 star I chose this hotel for it's indoor pool, which opens at 10am Unfortunately, when we came down at 11am set for swimming, the woman who worked the Continental breakfast informed us the pool was closed until 12:30 because she also was the pool person and needed to repair something with the pool AFTER she cleaned the breakfast area. Unfortunately, the pool did not open until 3pm, which really interfered with our evening plans. My personal opinion is the breakfast area cleanup should have been delayed The space is not used outside of the 6am to 10am serving time, and since guests were expecting pool access at 10am, told it would open at 12:30, then had to wait until 3pm, I feel the staff priorities at this point was not guest focused Our 6 year old grandson only got to swim for an hour after we all had planned on swimming from 11am to 4pm The day time desk clerk did call us at 12:30 to let us know the pool wouldn't open until 3pm, which was kind of her As for the breakfast/pool person, she definitely was NOT guest oriented Our final breakfast had a guest requesting regular coffee and was told she'd get to it "Getting to it" entailed her restocking out meal packages, of which there were plenty, as well as hot chocolate packages, again already well stocked, and proceeded to wipe down tables that were already clean before she took the coffee decanter to brew the coffee. The guest never got his coffee

The photos on the website said it had hot tub it was taken out, the parking lot is a horrible mess didn't really know where to park no lines, the shower head was not working correctly. Had a horrible experience will be letting my family and friends know.

There were potholes in the parking lot and the building was somewhat run down. The pool is inconveniently located in the front and the whole lobby smells like the pool. Staff were friendly and the lady who tended to the breakfast was amazing. The beds were small but the linens were clean. The bathroom was ok. The carpets need shampooed.

Good place to stay in Alliance!
Recent reviews complain about the age of hotel or the broken up parking lot. Well it was great when we stayed their 12 years ago and did not see an issue with aging of hotel and so yes, parking lot is large, plenty of parking but in need of repair, but not enough to keep us from staying there. Both times we stayed their were with other family members and my sisters have stayed there several times. Breakfast selections vary a little daily and were very good. Friendly help and office allowed us to check in early due to a sibling reunion.

I stayed 3 days. I had to request 3 times to have my room cleaned. On my last day, I spoke with a housekeeper in the hallway, and finally had my room cleaned. The food offered was a notch above dog food. Hot stuff was cold, cold stuff was hot. Bad, bad stay. That being said the staff was friendly.

Parking lot needs repair badly. With the other properties being around it. The front area going into the Hotel has an unleavened sidewalk area. The bricks in the parking lot by the apple 🍏 tree are messed up another trip factor.

The good: staff was very pleasant at check in. Had pumpkin spice Waffles that were great. Bed was comfy. The bad: was a little hard to get to with construction. Pillows are were those flat ones. The ugly: there was a nasty stain on ceiling. A picture had fallen from wall in bathroom and it was laying with all the pieces on toliet. The bed spread smelled like B.O.

My room, I believe, was recently updated. It was clean and well stocked (towels, toiletries, coffee packets and cups). The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Construction in the general area around the hotel but it did not cause any issue. The pool is very nice and the breakfast had hot items and a waffles. Great place at a great price to spend a night.

Hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly. The parking lot is shared with a mall and is a lunar landscape of craters and deteriorating blacktop. Marking to find the hotel is poor and difficult to follow at night.

Cleanliness was disappointing
We returned to this hotel because of the excellent breakfast offering. We were disappointed at the cleanliness of our room. There was a Dorito chip on the carpet in plain site, and some type of splatter on the lamp shades.
