Easily located. Nicely decorated. Front desk very nice. Unfortunately they put us by the housekeeping and laundry room. The constant noise of the door closing loudly didn’t live up to the name “ comfort inn”. The pillows were too soft and the bed quilt was way too thin. The continental breakfast was terrible! Eggs yuck, no meats, j2 of the juices out, hot water for tea was not hot! Needless to say I will never go back!

When we checked in the room. It has awful smell, seems like the sewer has exploded in the bath tub. This makes me wonder if they even clean the room beforehand.

These are suites w a kitchenette. No flatware glasses or plates. Had to ask the front desk. Got glasses and a plastic knife and fork packet. When asked why there were no kitchen items was told people steal them so they don’t supply anymore. Beds were a bit lumpy and sheets not very soft. Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and maintenance came and said it was broke and could come back and fix but we said nevermind and just used the one in the living room socket. Lots of room in these rooms though

It can be frustrating to not have basic amenities like flatware, glasses, and plates in the kitchenette, and to find out that they are not being provided anymore due to Hilton changing their portfolio. The lumpy beds and not-so-soft sheets must have added to your discomfort as well. It's good to know that the rooms are spacious, though. Nonetheless, it's always recommended to communicate your feedback to the hotel management so that they can take necessary steps to improve the experience of their guests. The heaters are loud in these older hotels so that isn't good. The bed was comfortable and staff was nice. The couch bed could use a thicker blanket now that its cold - had to request a 2nd one from front desk. On that note, the Air Conditioner was on in our room when we arrived so room was cool- had to turn onheat -its December. Location is quiet and parking easy.

We usually stay in Clinton on our way home from Rhode Island but changed up for Christmas Eve. Very nice hotel. Great front desk staff, clean, loved the bathroom, good breakfast too. Only negatives scratchy sheets and skimpy pillows.

This hotel is very close to a shopping plaza which includes a Wegman's Grocery Store (full service) and to major highways. It is also close to the major highway US 22 and I-78. The only thing I didn't like was the slamming doors from inconsiderate guest. That is why I travel with earplugs for napping and sleeping.

It was listed as a 3 star hotel but didn’t deserve such a high rating. Room 139 needs some help. Hot water had low pressure in the bathroom and the interior door to the bathroom needed to be cleaned or painted. Shower area was old and had areas that needed to be fixed. Bathroom was a nice size and towels and sheets were good along with rest of room but with a broken elevator and this rooms bath area it was a 2/2.5 at best.

The staff were all friendly and professional. The room was clean when we arrived. The cleaning scheduled for the 3rd day was incomplete. A bathrobe was left on the bed, so housekeeping didn’t touch the bed. No clean washcloths or hand towels were left. Breakfast was okay.
