need of urgent remo
Great location, beautiful views and design of the building, very spacious rooms, but OMG this place needs urgent updating and fixing basics... pealing wallpaper AND holes in the walls as if somebody punched it! Staines on the walls, torn bedding, faucet falling off, leaking toilet... and the band in the restaurant on Saturday night was so loud we could not sleep... Breakfast was non existing - the staff who had their breakfast took all the bread and veggies and there was nothing left for the guests... very unusual(!) To the owners... please invest in the place as soon nobody will stay in your hotel...

Overall, very good.
Generally, very satisfied. Only that breakfast could not be deducted from the price, an no attempt or offer was made to substitute. Staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Spa was great, but not for the faint hearted, as it is mixed male and female.

Disappointing hotel
The room was nice and big but very noisy, one of the bed side shelves was missing which isn’t a good statement about the upkeep of the hotel. Breakfast very limited with staff hanging around the food area with no purpose. Typical Turkish Hotel as opposed to Next door Hilton that has airy, European feel. We will go back to staying at Hilton.

Typical small hotel in Turkey. Shoddy built and shoddy maintenance. Furniture scratched, carpets in poor state, half a shower screen missing. Breakfast basic, very basic, even for Turkey. Restaurant downstairs is pretty decent.

Der Zustand der Royal-Suite war unterirdisch. Tapeten hingen von der Wand, Flecken auf der Couch und dem Fußboden, Löcher im Bettlaken, Schuhabdruck auf dem Kopfkissen. Das Bad entbehrt jeder Beschreibung. Wir haben nach dem ersten Eindruck das Hotel gewechselt.

Я останавливалась в отеле с 20 по 26 августа. Меня все устроило. Утром вкусный турецкий завтрак. В номере ежедневная уборка и доброжелательный персонал. Из окна вид на море. Пляж прямо перед отелем. На ресепшене очень внимательные сотрудники, во всем помогали. У меня осталось приятное впечатление от этого отеля.
