This hotel is ideal for families travelling with young children. We had reserved a junior suite, which accommodated a family of 4 easily. First impressions of the hotel were that it was a little dated, but it was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The restaurant had a variety of food available on the menu, which changed daily and everything that we selected was of good quality. The staff at the hotel were helpful with our queries and although our children didn't speak Italian the resort staff made an effort to include them in activities where possible. The best feature of the hotel is its location - on a protected, private beach with sea temperatures equating that of a warm bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this hotel.

We had a wonderful week here, the room and hotel were spotless (slightly odd decor). The staff although non English speaking were hardworking and very friendly. Restaurant food was lovely and breakfast was a great bonus with good variety although is like to have seen more fresh fruit. You would need a car as it's out in the sticks but was a lovely place with views over the mountains, I would highly recommend.

We have just returned from Golf Hotel Is Arenas after we stayed there for just over a week for our honeymoon. It was fantastic!
The hotel was just what we needed at the end of our stay. Our room, and the hotel in general, were very well kept. The service was great, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food at the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was fantastic.
The private beach (which isn't so much private, as it is remote, but it amounts to the same thing) was lovely. While perhaps not as idyllic as some of the other beaches nearby on the western coast around the Sinis Peninsula, the water was shallow and nice, and the sand was unbelievably soft under foot. The pool area was also lovely, and we spent most of our lazy afternoons at the poolside, just within reach of the bar.
We stayed on a half-board basis and would recommend it, because we were told that if we wanted, we could switch the dinner to lunch if we wanted to eat out at a restaurant in one of the nearby towns (not that we did, mind you, because the food at the hotel was delicious).
We would definitely stay here again.
