Place isnt any thing special, just a place to stay. I booked it because the price was ok and there was a continental breakfast, we got there only to find out that the breakfast consisted of bagels and yogurt... not exactly the kind of continental breakfast I was looking for. Hotels should state specifically what their breakfasts consist of.

So the staff was very friendly fast and helpful, but my room had a large dirty mirror sitting on the table and leaning against the wall not properly hung up, the floor was dirty, and there was electrical wires hanging out of the wall in multiple places and drywall mud spackled all over everything. There was no trim on anything in the room and the vinyl floor was falling apart at the doorway the lack of trim created a large gap at the door so I could see right out in the hallway when the door was shut. The whole place was being remodeled and you had to step over and around construction debris in the parking lot, entrance, lobby and hallway. The sheet popped off the bed and revealed no mattress protector and a giant urine stain. I was was completely disappointed with everything except the staff was very nice. But clearly everything was being updated and they should not rent a room that is not finished under construction.

Very disappointing. The room was not what was advertised, the place was filthy, the hot tub didn't work, the breakfast was sparse, the heater was loud, no mirror in bathroom....

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Our room was clean. However the hotel was clearly old with no eye for aesthetics, e.g. walls that were half painted, price stickers on art in the room, broken soap dispenser, unpatched nail holes, etc. Great place to sleep if you don’t mind aesthetics.

It’s an old hotel. Smells as you walked past rooms. Musty and dirty. You get what you pay for. It was cheap and we needed last minute room. Front desk person was awesome but it is not anywhere I would stay again.

Hot water was hit and miss for a shower. The hot tub was not working and was colder than the pool was. The heater was on and the ac was running at the same time. Fridge was not cooling fully. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Desk guy helped me get the TV signal going, nice guy, the only thing that I think needs to be done is every once and awhile lift up the mattress and box spring and clean along the bed frame, you can see crumbs and etc.

This place was the worst I’ve stayed in since the 1990’s when I was low on cash. It was poorly maintenance. Just basically awful.

Check in was a mess. Was told that the room that we were supposed to have had a broken pipe. The options we were given was a single room (for 4 people) or a double where the door did not lock. Neither of which was acceptable options. The person at the check in claimed that they tried contacting us. There was absolutely no contact - no phone call, no e-mail. Nothing! Then we learned that they mistakenly thought we were a different reservation with the same last name. Those people were not contacted either. Booking the hotel, we were well aware that it was not a 5 star hotel, but with expectation already low, this was was worse than anything we have ever stayed in! The mini-fridge in our room was on a pallet. The other room, the mini-fridge was on the carpet and could not be opened. To make matters worse, both rooms were reserved as non-smoking. It was obvious that the one was a smoking room and nothing could remove that smell! Will not ever be staying here again.. Really sad, since this was my hometown and really expected more.

the whole floor smelled of w..d and the room was warm when we checked in. Breakfast was cereal, slice of bread and a few baked goods. coffee was like water. staff couldn't fix the coffee machine. the photos are deceiving. this place need major upgrading. wall paint coming off, toilet sink leaking. bad experience!!!

Try another hotel if you can
No one was at the desk when I arrived. It had a phone to buzz and it went off for ten minutes. While I was waiting another person said they haven't seen anyone in an hour. Someone finally came and the person was an hour late for there shift. My keycard had to be redone 3 times, room service came at 8:30am and didn't come back to clean the room after I had the tag on the door since 10:30AM, the bathroom was small, no closet for clothes, and there was no cord/power for the telephone.

There was garbage in the hallway, loud yelling at night, Easter decorations in July, and just an overall feeling that it not cared for or makes you kinda nervous to walk around barefoot or touch the bedspread. The shower was good, the air conditioning was cold and the tv worked. It is a quick place to sleep and move on the morning after a long hot shower!

Stinky Room
The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in. Room smelled like wet dog and urine. We asked to be moved to another room but they said none were available and that they would clean it. It still smelled really bad when we returned the second day.
