Breakfast was good, hotel was well kept. Staff were friendly. Rooms were not kept as new, but was good.

Disappointing for the price
It was a disappointing stay, considering the price. It was a really hot weekend in Madrid and our mini-fridge in the room didn’t work, so we told the staff at reception and they said that someone would take a look at it while we went out during the next day. However, after we returned to the hotel and asked at reception if they had done anything, the man at reception was very rude and said that we hadn’t asked anything, all while the colleague we had spoken to was standing right next to him listening and saying nothing. He spoke in a completely condescending tone and it was a very unpleasant way to speak to two guests who were just asking something. They were really unhelpful and it felt like they didn’t particularly want to do anything to help us. Furthermore, the room was not particularly clean and the beds weren’t great. For the price, you’d expect more than two singles beds pushed together. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

All you need in walking distance
Well located for me as I had to walk to xtreme Madrid. And since I needed a PCR test, I could also do it in walking distance. A kot of shops, restaurants close to the hotel

Overall excellent. The last day found it quite noisy as I could hear people’s alarms(phone) and hair dryer and someone somewhere having a very noisy but pleasurable time in a bedroom close by. All in all v good though, apart from the noise on the last day.

Great location
The hotel is located next to a small mall which has a few restaurants in it, which is great for a variety of different meals, my room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was very good also

Our worst hotel experience ever
It has been the worst hotel experience ever as the air conditioning was not working in our last two nights there. Despite repeated complaints, the hotel did not do anything except for explaining their air conditioning system could only work several days each day. So the room temperature was 27 degree Celsius while it was cool outside. We did not sleep well and had to take three showers though the night and the only thing the hotel could do was to give you late checkout.

Clean and comfortable.
The hotel is clean and the service was great. The restaurant is good and the prices are fair. It is next to a mall and about 10 minutes from the subway. An about 25 euros ride to Navalcanero and 30-40 to Madrid and Toledo. Free wifi and gym. Local phone calls are not free.

Hotel was very convenient to my work, and to the metro. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I wish there had been CNN international or BBC World on the cable.

Good but overpriced.
Room was ok but despise asking for a double bed got 2 twins. Expensive for what you get, breakfast not included, neither was the parking and the bottled water was extremely expensive!!! 8€ almost for 2 small bottles!

Room is clean but hot because during spring time AC is not on. The room need complimentary tea and coffee and electric kettle to boil water. Since Alcocorn is not a big town so not much cafe nearby. Reception person is friendly but not enough staff. Breakfast is good and I enjoyed it. Room is spacious enough and toilet is nice but not enough toiletries. Overall experience is good. We enjoy our time at the hotel. The room is abit dusty need cleaning up.

A very good hotel but for leisure a bit soulless, no bar/cafe to relax in as rooms can be cramped vending machines are not the answer in 4* accom. although this now appears to becoming the norm.

Nice hotel but room lacking some maintenance. None of the four bedside lights worked. In the morning when getting ready to leave I found the bathroom sink would not open after just shaving. Then after I had a shower the hair-dryer did not work. On leaving the hotel, reception asked how was my room and I told them the above. They responded I should have told them earlier and they could have done something about it. Had I have known earlier I would have but literally shaved and had a shower and then did not have time to get these things sorted. On my previous visit to the hotel they had no hot water. So now I am wondering about the quality of the maintenance.

In the middle of nowhere
I just wanted to warn other travellers that this hotel is NOT in Madrid. It is bascially in a retail park besides a motorway. A taxi to Madrid is aroun 40euros each way. A nightmare.
