The room was clean and neat. Toilet plugged up, there was a plunger available. I figure must happen often. The place is a bit worn out, but very functional. This being an extended stay place, there were many people milling about the parking area. I was a bit apprehensive of them, worrying about the car. There was no issue, the car was fine.

The check in staff was very friendly. My room was a non smoking that REEKED of cigarette smoke. When I told the staff I was told there was nothing they could do because it was in the vents. I had to frebreeze the entire room because I could not find another hotel at that late hour.

There were people living in that hotel. It should be designated as a homeless shelter/motel instead of a hotel. We didn't sleep all night with people fighting, stomping back and forth, slamming doors, police coming, people screaming. Absolutely deplorable accommodations!

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. - The floors in the room were covered in dirt, dust, and debri. - The lamps throughout the room were coated in dirt and dust - The bathroom didn’t appear as it had been cleaned before we checked in. There was a sign that said they’ll charge you for stained towels but don’t mention that they’ll be supplying you with stained towels. The tub was disgusting and had a black ring around the bottom. The toilet was odd and seemed slanted or not secured to the floor. When turning on the faucet in the bathroom, dirt and small bugs came out from the seams - The kitchen was the worst. None of the utensils or plates provided had been cleaned prior. There was still food or dirt caked on. The fridge and microwave didn’t look like they’d been cleaned in a while. As we were packing up to leave, 2 roaches crawled out of the side of the fridge. Needless to say, we threw out all the food we had stored in the fridge. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Had a nice weekend stay for the balloon fiesta, and managed to get a room even though my trip was last-minute. No issues with the pet fee, and I was thankful that the floor was not carpeted, as that tends to get messier and hold more dirt and germs than vinyl. Simple, no-frills place with a full fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes for 2. Walmart is nearby if you forget anything, as they don’t have some of the extras that a regular hotel might have (like a comb), but not a big deal. Would recommend it.

Find another place to stay...people doing drugs on the steps up to our unit. If you like barking dogs & run down worn out rooms, then stay here. Do not recommend and only booked this because of lack of available places to stay during the hot air balloon festival. This did not look as bad online as it is in reality...hard pass. Disappointed with this stay and way overpaid for this 😠

The only downside to this property is the general character of traffic during Albuquerque’s rush hour. The room was very nice and quiet though.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs to some restoration. Old water damage on the inside of the bathroom door, the vanity, and mold in the grout of the tiles. The refrigerator had dents and damage on the surface, but it worked and was extremely clean inside. The counter tops were damaged. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all for the two days we were there. The television didn’t seem to work properly switching to channels I wasn’t selecting, and remaining on one channel. The remote to the tv was missing the cover to the battery compartment, so maybe that caused the tv problems, I don’t know.

Great Motel, Convenient Location
Clean motel with kitchenette, very convenient and affordable. I needed a place that accepted pets and had fridge/microwave, and was very pleased with Suburban. Quiet location. No complaints at all, will definitely return here.

Nice property with what you need for an extended need; microwave, sink, plates, stove, refrigerator, eating area, and walking distance to a Whole Foods and places to eat. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable for my liking.
