The service at the restaurant was very poor … there was a server young lady without experience and no body supervising her. The room was dirty and when we asked for cleaning service it didn’t happen. The hotel location and decoration was great but the service very poor.

My experience on this property has been absolutely amazing with the property management team people working together and hard on this place I was recently was over there for Celebration plus in I can tell you this people from the housekeeping, department and other people as well they take care you and the proper way no question ask I do recommend this place. A very beautiful and well kept hotel near Old Town Albuquerque! I especially liked the friendly, helpful staff who helped me arrange transportation to sites such as Petroglyph national monument. My room was very clean and tidy - and the housekeeping staff was always available if you needed any supplies. There is also a convenient store located in the hotel. Outdoor sitting area is absolutely lovely. And a very close walk to Old Town sites and attractions! My only issue was the restaurant in the hotel - Gardunos - which turned me away for dinner when I was exhausted as they said 'reservations only.' Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay especially for a first timer visit to the area! Highly recommended A
