It is slow as it is doing the work of two elevators. We are under renovations; you should have received a welcome letter from us which lists the renovation as well as hours of our amenities.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by those around you being inconsiderate in the night, in the future please contact the front desk so we can take necessary actions to attempt to quiet those around you. We are not a party venue and the slide is an amenity at our hotel with varying hours. I recommend booking your childs next birthday party at one of the community pools in the area.
