We booked through Expedia and pre-paid. When we checked in, the hotel representative could find our payment information. After we contacted Expedia, they told me they received our payment information. However, waiting checkout, they told me again they couldn’t find our payment information!

You have to pay for parking in a tiny parking lot. There were two homeless men sitting outside of the hotel which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable as they begged for money. The front desk people weren’t very eager in answering my questions.

I loved the cookies! The staff members were very kind, and so were the cleaning crew. The room was comfortable and it was helpful to have a small refrigerator. The showers in the corners were not clean, nor was the shower pan where it met the frame.

We went to a concert at the kiva convention center and it was very convenient located (literally few steps away from it) loved the convenience of a shuttle, front desk personnel was excellent and the well known delicious cookies!!
