When checking in, there was a shift change happening. The employee at the front desk was not ready to start her shift, the person that left did not leave any notes or set her up for a successful shift, so she wasn't able to check us in right away. The first room we were assigned to wouldn't unlock, so we had to go get new keys for a different room. The second room was disgusting. The bathroom sink was clogged, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the bathtub was dirty, there was trash lying around, there was hair and debris in the bed, the clock was broken. We reluctantly stayed the night there. The next morning we called the front desk to let them know of our experience and get a different room for our final night. The 3rd room was a little better, there was still hair in and around the shower, the phone didn't work, and there was a smell, as if something, or someone, was dead in the hotel. There was never any follow up or, at the very least, an apology. Overall, guest satisfaction and cleanliness need way more focus. This was a very disappointing, uncomfortable and inconvenient stay.
