Wonderful getaway
The house is super clean and comfortable. Big rooms with king size beds, spacious living room, kitchen and dining. Amazing game room in the basement, with poker table, ping-pong, air hockey and billiard. Jacuzzi and sauna outside looks brand new and clean. Huge pool outside as well. There was a few issues like stairs and doors are making loud squeaky noise, propane tank was empty and there is no blankets, beside the one in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great for skiing weekends
Perfect for our group of 9 adults and 5 kids. Perfect location for 2 days of skiing at Jack Frost. Went hiking to hawk falls and then drove to bolder field on our way home. House was perfect for sleeping and preparing meals. Game room was great. House was very clean. Will definitely rent again next year

A perfect retreat!
What an amazing place!! Spacious, cozy, modern, clean. So many bedrooms with king size beds. The heated pool, hot tub and sauna were perfect. Outdoor space is incredible-- fields of grass, soccer and volleyball. Basement has 5 game tables, so after dark no need to go to any arcades, with pool table and ping pong and Foosball. Great wifi. Close to rafting, hiking, parks. Was truly perfect.

Family vacation
Property was nice. Pool, hot tub and sauna were enjoyed by all. The volleyball and soccer set up, and fire pit as well as the play ground area were an added bonus. Very convenient location to Hickory State Park. Lots of hiking trails for all skill levels. Game room was a very nice addition for rainy days. We found the amenities lacking. Towels,(1 per person) no hand towels and/or face cloths. Gas grill needs to be updated. We purchased charcoal for the other small grill provided. Questioning the cleanliness when we found food left in one of the night stands along with other personal items ( nothing we brought with us) This was a very nice meeting place for three separate families to get together. Pet friendly was a big plus.

Golf Trip
Went on a weekend golf trip with some friends, close to a few courses…hot tub and pool area was great for a large group of guys…easily accessible check in process and plenty of space

Family get-away
Beautiful house near a lot of local attractions. Family had a great time and was kept busy on the rainy day with the games in the basement. Only bit of constructive criticism would be there were a lot of cigarette butts left in the rocks off the deck and the table on the deck itself was extremely unstable/wobbly... went to buy an allen-wrench to tighten up the screws but they were all stripped, so we had to be extremely careful not to bump the table. All and all it was a good trip with family and I'd stay again.

Great home for family reunions
This house was great. Two refrigerators to hold al the food you need. Plenty of pantry space for your other goods. A basement full of games that had the kids (and adults) hoot for joy. The hot tub and sauna were very enjoyable--even when it was snowing ( we got about 1/2-1 inch). The kids didn't even mind running barefoot thru the snow to the hot tub! The beds were all comfortable. It was nice to have a fire in the fireplace in the living room--made the whole house feel cozy. We loved the location. The owners were VERY prompt in answering any questions we had. I can't wait to rent this house again!

Good family gathering house
Good place for a family gathering. Loved the fact all bedrooms were king beds! The game room basement was a hit for all ages. Two refrigerators and plenty of kitchen ware. The house was plenty warm all night in -8 degree weather (except for the master bedroom which we thought was a bit drafty). Could improve on some little things to make it feel more homey, but nothing big. I can see this place definitely being used by a bunch of grown adults, wanting to ski a local region and party all night. Overall, we had a great time to get together in a warm accommodating house.

The property was an EXCELLENT choice, however there were some minor hiccups that we encountered.
It was very cold and each bed ONLY had one cover. The master bedroom had a window open that would not close and the hot water ran cold at times, so we had people that had to take cold showers. Also, it snowed and we had some ice on the grounds and we had no salt to put on the grounds, which could have led to someone slipping and falling. Other then those small “issues” the property and the are were AWESOME!! I would recommend and rent this property again.

Excellent house!
We stayed with 6 moms and our 6 (15year old ) daughters. House is immaculate, we went ATV riding at Alvin’s which was fun BUT the did try to have us pay $400 extra at the end!! Be careful and take pictures of your machines before you use them. That was very disappointing and a complete scam! This of course has nothing to do with the rental house. The property is huge and the hot tub and sauna were a big bonus!! Would rent again and would defiantly recommend this house!! Thank you!!!

Great stay for large group
We had a group of 15 friends and had a great time in this house. We made plenty of use of the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated that there was plenty of couch space in the living room, and a large dining table that could fit everyone. Host was responsive and communicated clearly beforehand with what would and would not be available at the house so we were able to plan accordingly. Some of the cons to call out: - One of the bedrooms is railroad-style, as in you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another. The inner room is the one with 2 queens, so depending on your arrangement this could be a lot of people walking through the outer room. - We had a lot of flies in the kitchen and backyard, you may consider bringing some flypaper to put up during your stay, just to alleviate that somewhat.

Watch out!!!! Don’t misguide by photos😔
-outdoor activity,pool area and hot tub area is the best at this property. -water pressure in all bathroom is very low - Air-conditioning is not working in all room. -during our stay we lost power couple of time and if you loose power you will out of water as well. And that cause lot of issue for us and we have 7 kids and during power outage we had lot of trouble so please plan accordingly -there was no skillet or frying pan so please take with yours if you plan to cook. -we were not happy with this stay at all.

when the power went out due to the weather, we offered you a full refund if you decide leave the property. but you chose to stay because you liked the properties and we get power back in two hours. and you did not complain about anything during all stay, but by the check out you claimed to get a full refund because of those two hours of outage. sorry, it does not work that way. Our kitchen is fully stocked, and if something missing, we will be happy to provide it. By the way, we got a power generator now.

Amazing Time
We stayed with friends and our kids, two 15 year olds a 20 year old and 2 dogs the last week of June. The home was exactly as described and pictured. We arrived to a clean house, pool and hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious with nice decorative details. The kitchen was spacious with lots of counter space and cabinets to store items. Bonus 2nd refrigerator in the laundry room. We spent most of our time in the backyard. The pool is heated which made swimming with the cooler nights perfect and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the night. The covered seating area allowed for time to relax out of the sun and many smores were made around the large fire pit. We enjoyed seeing many deer roam thru the side yards. If you are planning on bringing your fur baby I would suggest getting a stake with a tether since it is an open space and a road not far from the house. We got a 50 ft cord and it worked out great for the dogs to play and hangout outside with us without any worry. Communication with owner / management was always quick. The vacuum cleaner was taken from the cleaning crew and was quickly returned the next day. All our activities were no more than 8 to 20 mins away. We did ATV's at Alvin's, so much fun. Hiked in Hawk Falls and Hickory Run and the boys did Paintball Scrimmage 7 mins away. A day trip to Jim Thorpe, went on the 70 min train ride then walked the picturesque town. Dinner one night at Boulder View Tavern. Highly recommend, food was delicious Only con: Late check in. Wish it was 3 pm to allow time to unpack and settle before dinner time. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing time. We can't wait to return next year!

Just Perfect!
The house was both comfortable and immaculate and the grounds and pool / hot tub were well maintained and simply wonderful! Our little four-day family escape in the beautiful Pocono mountain was very delightful and restorative. Highly recommend for any family who enjoys private pool / poolside time together. This would also be a great spot for family reunion or a group of friends to enjoy some R&R time together.

Absolutely amazing house!
This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 15 people. It was big enough for everyone, the bedrooms are big and specious. The game room was super fun and there are plenty of games for everyone. The most beautiful part of the house is the back yard! All green and isolated, bbq station and big hot tub and heated pool that was absolutely fun! Hickory State Park minutes away with plenty of hiking beautiful waterfalls and lakes. The owner was super responsive, we got reply within minutes when we had any questions. We had the best time and totally would recommend this house for large groups!

unfair charges rubbish
Very unpleasant experience, they charged us $500 only for two tables, the damage was not serious, the tables could be removed while they were being cleaned, it was something very unfair. I do not recommend this house at all. Read my review before putting it aside, believe me, because of the minimum damage they will receive a charge if possible of $1000 and for no reason something for the house was left in perfect condition as they delivered it so we left it, the stains on the tables with cleaning if they remove a piece of crap from unfair charges, and the house has nothing pretty, a total deception in the photographs

we will never charge extra for no reason. We always trying to negotiate if some accident happened but Breaking household rules, property disrespect and damage furniture is cause for extra charge.
