Staff is great, friendly and personable, will go out of their way to accomodate your needs, love that. Easy freeway access and a few fast food choices nearby ... good location for the fairgrounds too

Overall it really wasn’t that bad. I was disappoint in the fact that the hot tub was only seasonal. Hot tubs are year round in my opinion. The front desk misunderstood me when I had called and accidentally cancelled our booking. But she was able to make it all work along with someone from hotels.com so it worked out. Just frustrated we had to go through a process to get it back. Other than that things were alright. Also the breakfast was pretty plain and there was no garbage can in the dining area.

I understand the area was affected by the winter storm. Isn't it a good opportunity for your business? Why did you let us reserve a room same day, and have no one at the front desk? You said you would be back by 11pm. Did you know that I waited until 11pm for 6 hours? I ended up sleeping in the car. Excellent job. Thank you.

Unsafe for You and Your Famoly.
Someone opened our locked door at 4AM in the morning as we were asleep. Luckily, we had the extra latch on but it was loose. We called the front desk to see how someone was able to unlock our door, but no one answered or called backs we called them on the phone and no one answered. In the morning, we told the front desk person. She told us someone will investigate the matter and call us back. It has been 10 days and not a word. Do not stay at this hotel it is unsafe for you and your family:

Just so-so. Wouldn’t go back
The person checking us in was very rude. The other two people I dealt with at the desk were nice. The room seemed clean but had a funny smell so I didn’t feel like it was truly clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC and TV worked so that was a plus. It’s not in a great location, which we knew going in, but didn’t feel 100% safe being there.

Hot tub was out of order. Mildew on bottom 12” of shower curtain. Room had an odor. Parking lot felt unsafe in the dark. Disappointed to see the Wyndham name associated with this property. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Linen seemed clean, they do provide coffee, fridge, microwave which we appreciated. When you close the bathroom door pieces of the wood was coming off. Surrounding area seemed sketchy. We had no hot water for a couple of nights so couldn't take a shower and ended up leaving/checking out a day early

NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!! The front desk didn’t bother to tell us there was no hot water upon check in. We didn’t find out until it was time to take a shower. They said they were working on it and it would be restored by 11 hopefully. There were no trucks here or work people to indicate that there was any work going on. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty of the front desk. I would rather have a choice about checking in or not. It would’ve made a difference if I stayed here or not because they were sold out. Bad bad Super 8.

I have stayed at this place in the past and enjoyed it and didn’t have any issues, but this time there was a foot print stain, an actual foot on the bed sheet and it looks like they’re going to clean the hair out of the shower and didn’t finish.

Not worth the stay
Woke up the next morning to discover that the sheets had never been cleaned from the previous people. There was dried blood on the sheets. It was absolutely disgusting to know that we slept on that. When I complained to the staff upon check out there was no sense of real care or concern about it.
