Loved how close it was to MVP arena. Did not like that the bar only opened at 5 pm and was booked so you couldnt even have a drink in your own hotel.

Went to a concert at the Empire Live, could not have had a better location. You pull into the little over hang to check in and we dealt with the nicest lady, Amanda! Then a vallet comes and takes your car, Mike was sooo cool and he even rolled out windows up in case it rained. We forgot our phone chargers and a guy in the vallet who looked like Aladan was super friendly. Then at the front desk Maurice was very informative about local spots for us to check out. The next morning we go to breakfast which was very nice by the way and a really nice man named Ahamed Hussein randomly brings me a fresh cup of orange juice and smiled at me and asked if there was anything else I needed, we made small talk and before I left he gave me a banana “for the road” and I have to say he was hands down the sweetest man alive! Give that man a raise! Upon check out we encountered Kabeer and Casey and they were so cool and friendly and we left the Hampton Inn feeling like we just checked out of a really close friends mansion! Best hotel experience yet!

The front desk and valet staff were wonderful and helpful. I diid not appreciate the lack of flexibility for early check in with a $50 fee. The onsite bar was a pleasant surprise with a great atmosphere and good food.

Hotel was very clean with friendly staff. We used the valet parking which made it a lot easier to not have to think about parking. Since we could walk to restaurants and out venue the vehicle was not needed again until we left. Breakfast was good with many options.

Everything was good. Nice rooms, breakfast, quiet, and clean, with all the amenities needed to stay up-to-date on business. There was a shuttle bus provided for this past caucus weekend, but the hotel did not make this information known, and the tv should have a way to login to streaming accounts.

The guy at the front desk wasn’t as welcoming as the women was my last stay. The bathroom in the room I stayed in wasn’t clean. The shower had hair in it and the toilet was dirty. I cleaned it myself. The extra blankets in the closet were dirty. Cleanliness is very important if you want people to return.

I will definitely be staying here again! It was clean quiet & safe. I attended a function at another hotel not far from this one & they had random EDPs walking around & they are a well known high starred hotel which was really unsettling & disappointing. The Hampton Inn is the only choice for me!
