The property was way outdated they said there was free breakfast the only thing I got was coffee and no breakfast l tell you the truth, one of the worst experiences of my life it also had bed bugs Itchy all night

It was disgustingly dirty. The base of the toilet had dried urine. Cobwebs in corners. Mattress was extremely hard. Headboard had something nasty on it.

Do not book here
Booked on line an hour before arrival. Arrived at 10pm to a locked door. Did not answer buzzer, knocking or a phone call. Place reeked of pot. Guessing someone passed out from to much smoke. The would not refund my money to Hotels.com the next day. Very dissapointed in both parties.

Booked the hotel and arrive late night. (Half an hour after the booking) NO one was there!!!!!! I call them No answer! Try to leave a message, mailbox was full So I have to book another hotel for the night at late night!

I did choose it because it was cheap as I needed a place for the weekend. I was able to do a couple of online classes during my stay. There were a number of cobwebs around and I was tempted to ask the front desk for a broom. The deadbolt worked, but the plate in the door frame was bent and I couldn't lock it. I propped a chair under the doorknob.

The place is a wreck, inside and out: no maintenance for years, shoddy furnishings, useless management, unreliable plumbing. There’s a reason why it’s the cheapest place in a popular neighborhood, but it’s not worth a stay at any price. Do not patronize this motel!

Blood stained towels, blood stained sheets, cobwebs of dirt hanging from the ceiling, ancient mattresses, mold, mildew etc etc etc.

Not a place I would recommend. Booked 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds. When questioned response was it has 2 beds. Room had a horrible odor. Shower no pressure. Kinda place you sleep fully clothed.

My stay at this location was terrible!! Supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but the room I was given reeked of smoke. When asked to be moved in to another room there was a musty smell and room was dirty....Mold in the shower!!

Rachel bates nightime clerk is amazing professional yet funny as heck she goes above/beyond 4 u rooms vary in comfort as some have very comfy beds while others have springy beds some rooms cld use improvement while others r nice & modern Ill continue 2 come here very quite peaceful serene thanks 2 rachel who is the main reason i tell every1 about this place

I never wrote a review like this. This property should be condemned. The roof is leaking. Gutters growing plants, pool closed, cockroaches in room, mold, awful smell, mattresses old/dirty, no continental breakfast.should not be on site.

There was almost no one there, but it is basically a bare-bones accommodation. No amenities. If it gets renovated and updated, it might be fine, but it leaves much to be desired. I'd never go back.

Very personable evening clerk. She recommended a restaurant to us that was excellent. The scenery was very pretty. I sat outside and read, enjoyed the quiet, the nice summer weather, and the lovely view.

Building exterior looked nothing like photo - peeling paint, broken cement walkways missing pieces of exterior stair rail, falling down guard rail on downhill side of driveway. Room was sparse, but clean. Net, net, we are not interested in staying there again (Reminder us of the "Bates Motel" in the movie when we returned in the late evening from the concert

This was the worst dump we have been to in our lives! I can't believe Travelocity has it on its list. I will never believe any of your recommendations in the future. This place should not be on anybody's lists, especially for money. Dirty, rusty, peeling. Free Wi-Fi? What a joke. 2 channels on the TV. A bed where you couldn't stay straight without falling into the middle. The only bright spot was a really lovely and helpful receptionist. Unfortunately her sincere efforts cannot help us unsee the horrible condition of the place.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. And any repairs that have been done in the rooms were very rough and not well done. The bed was obviously old and sagged to the middle. We did like that there was a table and a couple of chairs for us to sit at. The bathroom was small with no space to put anything. If the hotel was updated properly, it could be a good place. The location is good, right off the highway, and there’s a Love’s not far away.

The location is convenient to Tanglewood and less expensive than other places closer by. It is near I-90 traffic but the windows are well sealed so room was relatively quiet. The staffing people are very nice and helpful.

You've been warned....
By far, the worst motel experience I have ever had. I would not stay again at this property if it was free.... The beds are uncomfortable. Rooms smell of cigarettes The rooms are dirty and falling apart The cable TV lacks any hbo/premium channels (as advertised on their website) The property looks like it hasn't been painted or repaired in over a decade (website says newly renovated) The parking lot is strewn with garbage There are old mattresses outside by the closed pool The Motel sign doesn't light up properly The pool is closed The property is literally falling apart. The wifi keeps dropping connection 'Breakfast' is minimal (white bread and yodels are all you're getting). The coffee was ok Literally, the only thing I can say that is positive is that the people at the front desk are friendly and the air conditioner worked well. You've been warned. I strongly urge you to stay elsewhere (I was embarrassed to tell my son that this was where we were staying upon arrival)

The room was very old, bathroom disgusting, bed extraordinarily uncomfortable. We did not stay. We just left the room and came home. Never had such a horrible experience. The clerk at check-in was very cold. Just gave us papers to sign in the key. Web pictures did not Represent true conditions of the hotel and the room. Frankly, it all felt very sleazy.
