The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs, but we walked to the next one it was usually less crowded. Hotel pool had a great view and water hadn’t too much chlorine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cons: the hallways and stairs were not cleaned as well as the rooms. Gym is quite basic. Overall we were quite happy with our choice of hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Reception staff was great, can’t fault them. Cleaning staff were great too. Kitchen staff were poor in communication, changing the dinner timings without telling the hotels members. Further to this simple things like labeling food were not done. I would say the poorest part of my stay was the food such poor selection for breakfast and dinner. Further to this the lifts kept breaking down we had family members who got stuck in the lift the emergency button doesn’t alert staff you have to find a way to do that! Additionally other reviews say there are restaurants in walking distances which isn’t entirely true as you can only walk to one within 10minutes and in that heat it’s very tough with young children and lastly taxis being difficult to get for short journeys.

It's a three-four star standard hotel in terms of price and performance. The rooms are clean, but the towels and room service are bad. It has an outdoor pool, not bad, the sports area is narrow, not suitable for even two people, the restaurant closes early and the variety of drinks is less, the location is a bit far from the center of Alanya, Kestel beach It is close, but the beach is stony in that area, for a sandy beach, you have to go to the cleopatra beach in the center.

Do not believe the pictures on the website. It is totally different Also, the place is far from the beach and the town itself. One cannot find the sanitation in the whole place. The food was cold and no taste. I didn’t have a good experience at this hotel.

Price & Performance match
Food options need to be updated especially for the hot food. Also regulations needs to be followed such as kids should not use the pool without parents. Overall it is good for the price. If you have higher expectations than you can choose other places with higher price.

Lovely hotel
What a beautiful hotel. Room was very modern and clean. Just how I like it :) the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and big with lots of sun loungers. I stayed in lots of hotels in alanya but this was by far my favourite. Only thing I would say could do with improving is the food, other than that everything else was spot on :)

A very nice boutique hotel with half board included. Food was great the staff were very helpful and we were always looked after very well by Dennis the general manager. I would return to Graf Victor. It’s a little out of the way in regards to shops, bars etc. But the main town is only 15 minutes away and it’s very cheap to go by taxi or bus. Lovely and quite at night and extremely comfortable beds. Spa is also very nice. Myself & daughter really enjoyed staying with you. Thank Graf Victor.

Great value and right near Havas airport shuttle that stops 1.5 blocks away at Sun star resort. The place is clean and the staff is friendly but not all of them are frequent in English which makes asking for information a little challenging. My stay was good and I will definitely consider staying there again now that I figured out the bus routes.

Pleasant but without character
Western-style hotel, clean, modern and pleasant, but nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast is pretty poor with a limited selection (eg just cornflakes if you want cereal). My main gripe with the restaurant was the large-screen blaring Western hip-hop and rock music. The staff turned it off as soon as I asked, but why have it in the first place? In terms of the location, every hotel in Alanya is close to the beach, and the beach is nothing to write home about.

Nagy ívben elkerülendő hotel
A szoba piszkos volt. Az ágynemű valamint a törölközők koszosak és szakadtak voltak. A legrosszabb az étterem volt kevés és gyenge minőségű ételválasztékkal. A italok ihatatlanok, amit ráadásul gyenge minőségű papír és műanyag pohárban szolgálnak fel. Nem ajánlom senkinek!
