There is still a lot of trash from the previous occupants. The beds were poorly made and one of them slanted towards one corner. I went to talk to front desk person after we checked in about the trash and I went back four different times and never could find anyone. I tried calling the number on the phone to get someone and nobody answered.

We chose this place based on the affordability but tried to book another room at a different hotel after getting to our room. Did not find one available close by. The hotel/hallway and room smelled, the bed was uncomfortable and small and after trying to start the shower this morning it made a terrible squealing sound. Would not recommend if you have other options.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved having the studio so we could do some cooking. We got so much more for our money than other places with just a bed. I don't think was anything we didn't like.

At first my stay was decent until, I was woken up at 4am with bite marks from bed bugs. I immediately talked to staff and was told to wait until 8am to speak with management. I had to checkout and now have to wait for an investigation for a refund.

Toilet seat was loose on toilet. Garbage from rooms placed in the indoor collection cans stunk and took forever to be emptied. Bathroom has no exhaust fan. Bed is hard as a rock. Windows did not fully lock. Front desk is not always staffed with someone to assist you. Water pressure was non existent. Shower head is placed to low for tall people.

I was a little worried when I went to Checkin because lobby was dirty and worn. Several people came through, all with small dogs. The desk clerk was very nice and he checked the room first before assigning it and finding it dirty, checked a second room and finally assigned it. It took a long time. The room itself was clean, large and comfortable.

First impression was a dirty check-in area and it took 5 minutes for somebody to come to the desk to acknowledge us. When we stepped out of the elevator on the 2nd floor, the hallway smelled terrible. The room was not good. Lights didn’t work. We pulled down the covers and there were hairs all over the sheets. I tried to use the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. We didn’t spend 15 minutes there. Nobody was at the front desk to speak to so we put the key in the box and left and had to go find another hotel in the area. It was terrible. I do not understand how it has so many good reviews.

The room was decent but many stains on the carpet when you first walk into the room. There was no coffee the first morning. Breakfast is only packaged muffins and granola bars. There was a lot of yelling and screaming outside our first night but other than that room was comfortable.

The place was so dirty - the garage was piled high and overflowing next our room - dog hair all over the front lobby entrance rugs. Smelled and very out dated. Our phone didn’t work. No Ice machines. Says there is breakfast but none was provided - not even a location to even have served it in the past. The site does not tell you up charge when bringing a pet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE. I took pictures and will be filing a formal complaint

As we approached the lobby entrance, there were 2 people smoking right by the entrance and there were signs posted no smoking within 100 ft. The lobby door was dirty, the carpet was in dire need of sweeping. There was only one employee behind the desk. We waited at least 15 minutes while he check two men in and they were together. We had a paid reservation. When we entered our room, there were crumbs on the counter, dead bug on the bathroom floor, hair in the tub. We were tired from 10 hours of driving to seek other accommodations. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were traveling to attend an entertainment event at the nearby Blossom Center, and when booking the property we felt that it suited our needs based on ratings, distance, and price.From the exterior, the property looked great. We arrived at the front desk as other guests were told that their room would not be ready in time for checking in, but fortunately ours was. It was explained that they couldn’t staff their housekeeping department fully, & as I understand it they may be contracting out for those services. Upon check in we were not notified of basic policies such as dishes being by request only.The interior of the property was very dark and dingy; the 2nd floor where our room was reeked of cigarette smoke our whole visit.Room had carpets stains, mismatched fixtures, food stains in the refrigerator, the protective wrapping on the sealed cups was torn. This was the first hotel room I’ve stayed in that didn't have an alarm clock. The phone didn't work when we wanted to call the front desk and we had to repair it ourselves.While the room was tolerable for our purposes, it certainly did impact the enjoyment of our visit to the area. I would have expected to pay about half of what we did for the quality of room & service that we received, and would have found alternate accommodations upon our arrival if we had had time and most options had not been sold out as a result of the event that we were in town to attend.
