I reserved and payed for lake Veiw room before 10 days. But they gave me a dirty room in the basement. By stairs with out elevator. Saying We are sorry that only thing the do for that his mistakes.

Lovely stay
Its a lovely hotel up in the mountains about 15 minute drive from Trabzon. Beautiful scenery, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant and breakfast were good. You need to have your own car for easy accessibility Would stay here again

Great location with awesome view
Did a road trip and this was the perfect stop for a break near Trabzon. Nice rooms and decent breakfast. The rooms are spread out over several houses, which gives it a nice resort feeling

The room was a bit unfurnished and there was construction when I was trying to have coffee in the morning on the balcony. With paint or plaster coming into my coffee/computer.

LOVED LOVED LOVED staying here. Beautiful views. Clean, updated rooms. Friendly staff that was very willing to help. Good breakfast. Worth the price. Will DEFINITELY be booking again. p.s. Tip: If planning to get a massage at spa, ask for Siri. She does a fantastic job.

Amazing views, conceriege a little rude
Overall, a great place. Amazing mountàin and sea views from the reaturant area and your room!! Great breakfast. Room was good. Cleanliness is ok but we had a big issue with our room so they gave us a new room right away. If you are Arab-speaking, they have a worker always there as a translator so thats a big plus. Workers speak some English also. Conceriege lady was somewhat rude or off-putting that dampened our impression of the place. *Tip: if you are driving there yourself, be ready to drive up steep hills and turns. Otherwise, you can take a taxi.

Awesome hotel
This hotel was one of the best hotels I stayed in. The room had an amazing view of the lake, the room itself was very clean and big, bathroom where big and lovely. Breakfast area had a beautiful view of the lake and the sea, the breakfast had many options to choose from and it was always fresh and clean. Highly recommend it.

So bad, we waited for long time. Hotel didn’t let us check in since your company didn’t pay to them. And they charged me 2 times( one thought you and one from the hotel) It was the worst experience with my family.

This resort it’s very bad there is no water available since we are staying there and also they have bad customer service we talking with them about Water issue they said we will fix tomorrow that’s mean the same day we leave that’s very bad.😡

Location is far from the city on a steep hilltop with great views of the sera lake. Perfect for couples looking for privacy. The room given to me was a basement room , with a courtyard ( not well maintained), However I reserved one with a terrace, and I only discovered this on my checkout day. The room itself is clean , staff are friendly , but language barrier could be a problem. The buffet breakfast was ok, but could use some improvement. Overall ok experience
