"We have stayed at this property several times and is our first choice for Akaroa. Our four night stay on a wet chilly week was very comfortable due to the underfloor heating. Its location is excellent on the waterfront and the on site parking is at the door but can be a little limited at busy times."

"The king bed had beautiful pillows and comforter super comptable. The view was spectacular minus the houses directly in front but you could see the harbour and boats. Loved the location. Best place we’ve started at so far. Definitely would come back"

"The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very well maintained and plenty of room kids and adults alike. All the amenities are in good condition and there’s everything you need for a lovely stay. The location was perfect. A stunning view over the valley, lots of sun and just a short walk into Akaroa. I had a couple of queries of my own making and Dave was super helpful and really responsive…an excellent host."

"Waking up to views of the harbour and mountains every morning was amazing. The location is perfect for short walks to the sights around Akaroa. Shops and restaurants close and the cruise tour dock only a few minutes away. Quiet evenings spent on the little balcony. Lots of attention to detail to make for a cozy "home away from home"! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
