We did not get to stay at the property we paid for. They said we were over booked, they moved us to the hotel next door. The place was not good. it was noisy, bathroom door was all broken up on the inside, the beds were not Queen size stuff all over the room walls and blinds. The hotel said that they had no other rooms available at the time. Very very dissatisfied with this deal. I would like to our money back or a credit with Expedia

Property is outdated and not well maintained. Sheets, towels etc., of very low quality. Some towels were torn. Bedspreads had stains. Coffee in the room, but no coffee maker.

Room was dirty. The room smelled like baby powder. There was mold on the shower curtain and mold above the shower. The sheets were stained. we left and went to another hotel.

Room was clean and NO bugs. Bathroom had towels, soap,shampoo. Has a coffee maker, microwave [it worked] and a mini fridge . Tv was large had 60 channels. Hvac also worked. Will stay here again on my next trip. They do offer a continental breakfast. Wifi was ok.

The room smelled horrible like dirty laundry, feet, and dog food. I thought maybe making coffee would help cover the smell, but when I opened the top of the coffee maker it had fuzzy gree mold in it. The towels were dingy. One of them looked like it had been used to clean up animal urine! TV remote had grime in between the buttons. It was after midnight when I got to the room and I had had so much trouble checking in due to the guy not understanding or speaking English very well. Very disappointing.

It was very shabby and the carpet an bathroom floor were dirty. Sheets seemed clean but I didn't want to walk barefoot in there. Door lock was banged up and had been repaired. Outside of the door was dented all over... like someone had been hitting it with something hard. The reviews had sounded like it was an average 2-star but it was certainly on the low end. If I had seen it before staying there, I would have gone elsewhere. NOT recommended!

The location to I-20 is very convenient. Our room was basically clean and provided a place to sleep. We booked it for two adults and three kids. Although one kid ended up sleeping on the floor, I wasn’t sure if we were allowed a roll a way bed, as we booked last minute and arrived after 9pm. Beds were clean, but amenities looked to use a good wipe-down. The updates made were apparent, but the work did not appear to be quality. Paint was chipping and furniture was cheap. There was a noticeable chemical smell like it had been disinfected, which kept most of the bugs away. There were only two beetle like bugs in the room. For the price this was just okay, I hope they pay the staff well, they were very nice.

It's all about the Masters.
My stay was horrible. They moved me to smoking room. So that they can accommodate everybody that was here for the Masters. And since I wasn't booked a year ahead I understood that. Never complained. But once I got to this smoking room at the end of the hotel by myself may I add. I realize they had moved me away from all the people that was there for the Masters anyway. I had mowed in the roof of the bathroom. Housekeeping had just left the room she left the counter soaking wet, what are all over the floor and you can tell that she mocked but never swept. The room was a total mess so me and my daughter wipe down. Got a broom and cleaned the room our self. I did end up going to the front desk. Just to let them know that I was very unhappy. And the reply that I got was it is Masters week. I respect that but I don't think I should be single without because I wasn't there for the Masters. I was a paying customer just like anybody else. And I feel that me and my kids got treated very unfair. And they did not budge at all. I will never book there again

Hello guest, during Masters week we are at full capacity all week. You made a reservation online for one night, in a non smoking double bed room. Then another reservation (made by you, online) for the next day in a SMOKING double bed room. This was not our mistake. If we had the availability to keep you in the same room we would have been happy to keep you there. However, we were at full capacity and had to move you to a room type you reserved for. Front desk Explained it was going to take a little time to get the other room ready, but was willing to let you wait in the room you were currently in, until the other room was ready. We explained we would call when the room was ready to go into. We had not called yet because room had not been checked to make sure it was ready. You came to front desk to tell us of some issues. Floor was still wet, counters wet etc... We apologized for the state of the room and was willing to send housekeeping back to the room, to make it right. You said not to worry because you finished cleaning it yourself. We didn't say the room was ready, but you went in. you came to us and stated your concerns, we apologized for not having the accommodations you expected but didn't book for, you entered the room before it was finished, you said you finished it yourself and declined. Was there anything else we could have done to help? or were you looking for a discount on an issue we tried to correct, but was turned down?

The room was not clean, table tops sticky, towels were thin and small. Breakfast very limited, few options. As a woman I would not feel safe staying at this location. It is very over priced, due to condition.

Room 122 is very very out of order. The room was very very disgusting. The bathroom ceiling had mold everywhere, all the dressers in the room were no good they had mildew inside of them everywhere, refrigerator was not cleaned out. This hotel should be closed down due to code problems. And don't let me forget about the false advertisement about free breakfast because they only got free cereal and waffles for breakfast.

As for our Free Continental Breakfast we offer to all of our guests, we serve: white bread, wheat bread (for toast), Donuts, muffins, waffles, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, and coffee.

Decent hotel
Front desk was very friendly, check-in was easy and quick. This is definitely a no frills hotel, could use some updating. Beds/pillows were not very comfortable. However, the area seemed safe.

Check in worked well, but the room had problems, the side of the bed closest to the door, light did not work, neither did the floor lamp in the corner of the room, soaps were very small, and in the morning I saw blood on the wall. Would not stay there again.
