Our Hideaway Holiday
Although it was just one room the layout was so well thought out through that there was plenty of space available. It was well appointed and comfortable and spotless when we arrived. The location was first class in respect of access to facilities in Kaka Point and points of interest.

Great little place for a weekend away
Great little studio with a deck out front with view over the beach and big covered outdoor area at the back. Has everything you need. BBQ out back for dinner. 2 min walk to the beach. Have stayed a couple of times and will definitely be back as we love that we can bring our dog too. Would highly recommend

Ideal get-away retreat.
Just two nights in this really comfy cottage was not long enough. The place had everything we needed, compact but did not feel cramped. Lovely outside seating with just the sound of the ocean and the birds. We loved having our beloved dog with us too. Thank you Paul.

Lovely part of NZ
The bach had all the mod cons and clean, is prefectly positioned to explore the Catlins or just to chill out. We will happily return for another week once summer is out of the way.

Outstanding Property in Outstanding Location
This property is obviously a labour of love for the owners and is absolutely outstanding in all aspects. Really well set up, spotlessly clean on our arrival, and had everything we needed. Really nice and cosy, with amazing views of Kaka Point and the beach, great decks and out door areas. Really beautiful spot, great for walks on the beach, a truly awesome part of our country. Hosts were great to deal with, and check in process was easy. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic weekend
Loved it!! The closeness to the fantastic beach is such a plus, along with the lovely sound of the sea in the background. The cottage is also very comfortable, cosy, and has just about every amenity that you could want.

Cozy getaway for couples.
Compact but very comfy living space with large outdoor area with bbq. 20 mins stroll by the sea to the local pub with very good eatery. Good tramping to be had in the vicinity. Sea Lions on the beach. Nice Teo nights stay. Enjoyed this quirky spot.

Compact and cosy, wonderful Bach with everything we needed. Exactly as we remembered it when we visited some 8 years ago from UK. Great seaside location for exploring the area psituated on edge of the Catlins. Highly recommended.

Lovely beach crib, quiet and peaceful. Very cosy and warm and a short walk to the beach and then continue to the local pub/restaurant. Beautiful views from the bed looking out through the windows. Would definitely stay there again.
