Reserved sea view and when I got at the hotel they said they don’t have it and they gave me none view room. It’s nice if they keep their promise as I paid extra for it.

Excellent staff!! Very friendly environment. I felt safe the whole time either by myself or with my husband and kid. The restaurant manager is of a kindness of its own kind. The concierge personnel as well as the hotel manager were always there to greet me. The only negative comment I have is related to towels. It appears that they do not launder them onsite and therefore it takes them forever to get sufficient towels to the room… otherwise, the breakfast is very good and there’s always plenty of food. The swimming pool is soooo good! Also, be aware that the parking pertaining to the hotel is very limited. There’s a nearby parking but that is paid. So, this could be an issue

Booking process was really good exchanging messages. Once we got there, checking in was smooth and helpful but then reality hit. Rooms do not look like the pictures, no tea coffee facilities in the rooms apart from restaurant meal times. Water was charged for in the restaurant even when out stay included breakfast and dinner. Had 2 rooms, both bathrooms looked terrible and in need of an overhaul.

We would like to apologize for this "miss". We would have loved to change your room when you arrived and discuss with you the points that were not right at the time. We specify that the photos correspond to reality. Regarding bottled water in the rooms, we do not mention anywhere that you can take advantage of it. we have opted for a water fountain (water dispenser) available to you at the buffet where you can fill your own bottle with water, filtered and fresh. Otherwise, there are bottles of water with a supplement to pay, we found it more interesting for our customers because they can also, throughout their stay, use this fountain for free instead of a single bottle in the room about the bathrooms, they have been renovated but unfortunately deteriorate quickly We would like you to keep a good memory and especially that you want to come back.

Just returned after staying at Odyssee Park Hotel, F (38) M (47) and C (2) and we would definitely recommend it. Great location, great price, rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Outside areas (pool / gardens / kids play area) are clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurants and beach only a few minutes walk away

Hotel has good facilities. Iron, safe, fridge etc. The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and respectful. The beach is walking distance. Parking is available free outside the hotel and across the road. Breakfast did not have a larger variety as before possibly due to covid but did have the chef who makes fresh omelettes etc. Been to this hotel a few times now without issue. Cleanliness is good. The cleaners do a fantastic job.

Decent hotel, very close to the beach!
Very good location, hotel is in decent condition and room sizes are good, facilities are good.. kids and adults swimming pools and also a small play area for kids. Bathroom was disappointing - outdated. Breakfast was also disappointing.. extremely limited choice.. I only stayed for one night and would definitely not rely on the hotel breakfast if was to stay any longer..

Well, Do Not go to this hotel, you may get electrocuted inside the room by high voltage in the room. And nobody cares about your safety!!! That’s what happened to me in my first night staying there. After coming out from a nice shower and ready to read my book, right next to my bed it was an electricity switch that was not functioning well just by touching it I got electrocuted!!! After calling the front desk, they sent someone to fix it. BUT, the next day morning, I was trying to talk to the hotel manager/ the customer service manager...oh, they were having meeting. I left my infos there at the front desk to get a call back from them,( I was told a person by name Sarah is the manager). NO BODY called me or at least apologized from what happened. I’m not going back to that (hotel), not recommended to anyone, and I hope this review will be seen by millions of people. They’re a lot of hotels in agadir worths your money and your time. NOT this one. For sure. Stay away from Odyssee Park Hotel. !!!!!!

The junior suite is in good condition compared to the rooms, the front desk staff are always helpful (Faical, Aziz, Ayoub, Hicham, and Jihan), the breakfast is great (Chef Lhsan makes yummy omelets), overall it's a reasonably priced hotel. -Ihsane

Close to the beach
The hotel is quiet and very close to the beach. The housekeeping does a fantastic job cleaning the rooms, Khadija, and Aziza always makes sure to leave the rooms spotlessly clean. The guys working at the front are also helpful and friendly. I'll make sure to book at this hotel next time I travel to Agadir. Close to the beach
The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and so friendly (Faical and Aziz). We were upgraded to a suite which was so nice since some of the standard rooms are a bit outworn. The staff always were so accommodating. The hotel is close to the beach too. I will 100% recommend this hotel, and will of course come again. Overall, I'm quite happy with my stay at Odyssee Park. The hotel could use some improvement as it's quite outdated, but since it's in a calm and convenient spot, I'd recommend it to anyone who want to spend a quite holiday near the beach. The Wifi i quite speedy. The housekeeping did an amazing job, especially Khadija. Overall the staff is friendly and accommodating. I had a misunderstanding with the front desk about the room, as it was a bit worn down, but they upgraded our room to a junior suite and we had a lovely time, that I couldn't even leave ^^" ... I like this hotel..
Very nice property with beautiful entrance i liked the lobby with long chandelier and the wooden table, professional young reception staff well multi language spoken..the room was very comfortable and clean with a nice small balcony wash room also clean and spacious .I had a very good experience at the hotel will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit ..*forgot to mention the price was very reasonable *

i liked that this hotel had a bathtub. the spa services were also nice.

Pros: location, some helpful staff, rooms were of decent size and had good views from the balcony, cleaners were friendly. Cons: Noisy at the w-end as there were clubs to the left and right of hotel; breakfast was ok for buffet style, the hot and cold bar section didn’t look very inspiring, juices need to be labelled clearer; there were works going on outside the hotel though it didn’t affect us; staff didn’t have much tourist knowledge was just directed to inform folders on the table. We were given a very dated room with very dim lights, the bathroom was in definite need of a refurb, tiles were mouldy. Had to request another room.

this is asmashing hotel right in the heart of agadir and close to the beach the hotel has recently been redecorated and the windows are currently being replaced . lovely breakfast, my only criticism the drink in the bar is too expensive otherwise it would be full as it is lovely and the rooms need some up grading but I can assure you I will be back this is my second stay
