The haptic click that kept me up most of the night finally settled when their scheduled electrical disconnect overnight stopped not only whatever was making the clicking, but also the lights and air conditioning. Given that the windows are all sealed shut this was unwelcome. I think given that this was scheduled servicing, the guests should have been told. Bathroom door held open with rubber bands - probably good reason this airport hotel was the only one still available at 7 pm. Worth $100, if you’re desperate, but not the $140-160 they’re asking.

Thankyou Brad. Apologies about the noise- unsure what that might have been. The Manager is her until the early hours of the morning-they could have investigated and potentially solved the issue. I have checked your door (Room 10) and it is as it should be- I cannot understand your rubber band comment. Thankyou for your review.

Thankyou Gretchen. With only 17 rooms and mostly very early departures is is not viable for us to do breakfast. The lunch bar next door opens 6 days a week from 5.45am- apologies if this was not mentioned. Direct bookings receive a complimentary breakfast pack here.

Property is nice and modern with a neat tidy layout. No real interaction with staff as the reception desk is only available on check-in via a call to someone to come check you in, then no one for the rest of our 2 night stay. There was a big problem however with german cockroaches which really put me off so I likely wont be back unfortunately.

Hi Marc, thankyou for your positive comments about the decor. To assist potential guests who will read this review,Management is available for 18-20 hours every day. No-one recalls you speaking to them about vermin. In my near two decades here, I have never heard of this issue before. Could you kindly contact the Hotel to provide further information.

I absolutely loved my stay. Highly rated. Nothing fancy and frilly but perfect for what I was after. Close enough to everything and a fantastic price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out were a breeze.
