Property was a bit run down. The room wasn't cleaned to a satisfactory standard. No lift, had to stagger up the stairs with heavy cases. the cooling system was noisy. We were given an upgrade apparently but it was a good job we were as I don't like to think what the room would have been like otherwise.

Small rooms and tiny bathroom. But clean and comfortable. Noise travelled in from the corridor and reception area as well as the road, but having the double glazed door helped. Good location for everything Glenelg

Upon booking for a room which the booking website indicated that it “sleeps 3” and paying, I was advised by phone that there were no applicable rooms that slept 3 and I would have to pay extra for an upgrade. I explained that this was not only unfair but false advertising for the product. The initial front office staff member wasnt the slightest bit interested in my case and upon asking to speak to her manager she simply said they were not available and they were not going to do anything about it anyway. Additionally I was interrupted by the cleaning lady who said I was a bit rude. She seemed to confuse honestly and a different opinion to hers as rudeness. Whilst the second front office staff member was lovely, I could not recommend this place to anyone. They should not treat customers with such contempt and indifference. Absolutely deplorable!

Central hotel walk across the road into the main pier area and shopping restaurants ,tram stop. Excellent location Rooms clean Amenities supplied good quality Overall an enjoyable stay Jenny managed the hotel making sure everything was ok even the surrounding area

Great location. Our room had been nicely updated with views of the park across the street. The property is perhaps a little dated. Carpark was tight but fortunately we had a small car so not an issue for us. Considering the price of other properties in the area, I’d say very good value for money.

Sparkingly clean and great service. Shops, food, beach and public transport just a minutes walk away. Don't be fooled by the picture of room with floor to window ceilings as advertised - scroll through, room was actually small and darkish. I would stay again though.

The man in reception was brilliantly helpful and considerate, let me look at rooms on a late booking. Unfortunately someone was smoking in a room nearby and despite shutting the window the air was think and smell awful. Reception did attempt to find out who and reminded them not to smoke.

I made a last minute booking late in the evening and the staff member was very polite and helpful. Easy safe parking, clean room with everything I needed. Convenient walk to dinner locations, great overall location to stay. Will visit again.

Location was the best thing with this property. There was no mention of stairs so please be aware that there are quite a few stairs to climb which can be an issue for some people with heavy suitcases. Parking is VERY tight.

The room condition was poor, smallest queen size bed possible, toilet seat not attached properly, drawer handle in bathroom bent, light fixture in bathroom full of insects and what appeared to be water/water damage, bedside lamp shade not attached properly, the room did not look like the photos on the website
