"We stayed here for 3 consecutive nights and it was a complete nightmare. First, the 10:00 AM check-out is absurdly early. When I politely asked for a late check-out, the rude receptionist lied to my face, claiming they were "fully booked," even though their app showed plenty of availability.
The location is a joke. Marketed as an "ocean view," it's actually stuck high up on a steep hill（see picture3, it’s the view you can see when you go down that hill), far away from the beach.
But the worst part is the appalling infrastructure and hygiene. We booked a suite with two bathrooms, but you cannot shower at the same time—if one shower is running, the water in the other instantly loses pressure and turns freezing cold. To top it all off, we found a massive, horrifying cockroach (half the size of a palm!) inside our room."
