"The experience was exceptional. Luxury without being pretentious! Front desk offered to show me a larger room for upgrade, but the one assigned was on the top floor with a balcony - so that was an easy decision. And from my balcony, we had a surprise view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was phenomenal - the food was delicious, dining room was beautiful but Benoit, his service made it memorable…he was so friendly, funny, and kind.
