"I went there for my birthday solo. Airport Transfer was smooth and very quick. Staff made me feel so special and welcomed. My room was big, clean and away from noises. Lots of food variety for each meal. Fresh and delicious. On my birthday night staff brought me a cake with a candle and 6 of them started singing for me and left me a small cake in my room with a card to surprise me after. Service is excellent from front desk to cleaners to restaurant staff to bar staff, entertainment staff all are very nice, kind and respectful. You’ll feel welcomed. The entire hotel is Super clean. They are always cleaning the facility. They keep offering different kinds of drinks at the beach. Food and drinks are excellent. Coffee at the lobby cafeteria is amazing, I was obsessed by it. Entertainment staff are supper excellent and very professional. My favourite ones are Andress, Diana and the rest, I just can’t remember all the names. Every night I had a blast even though I was by myself. I recommend Rui Palace for your vacation. I gotta say I was impressed. "

"The restaurants all had amazing choices. Wish there was a bit more entertainment but overall experience was wonderful. Went for my honeymoon and it’s very romantic both night and day. Place is safe and staff is so kind. Best experience and very memorable. Looking forward to coming back. "

"Great stay for a family of 4. Clean rooms, nice beach (no coral reefs and can actually swim), very decent food and many options to choose from fot breakfast and dinner. Lunch was ok. Well kept beach and common areas. I would say the kids “water park” was tiny with only a few things there so not so great for bigger kids. Entertainment was awesome, every day they had a variety of activities. We especially enjoyed Katja and Isis. Pool bar gets busy and you have to wait a bit. But mostly a very positive stay! "
