The hotel itself is awesome - good location, bar, food (attached restaurant), awesome room and location. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready. They gave us free wine so we hung out for about 40 minutes waiting on the room. There ended up being an issue with the room, so they gave us two rooms for no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The WestHouse Hotel what a find warm and very comfortable. My wife and I were made very welcome not rushed or hurried all the staff took time to say Hi how's your day been. the Concierge were extreemly helpfull taking the time to make resturant reservations and when our choice was not available they were proactive and sourced for us a table at an equally fine resturant. Going that little bit extra nice touch. I had reserved a delux room. When we checked in we were upgraded to a very nice suite with double balcony (room 2111) very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. On the 23 floor you could have refreshments all day if you wanted it beers and soft drinks. You could sit in the lounge or take back to your room all included in the price.
Every now and then you come across a hotel that is worth merit and the WestHouse is one such hotel. When we go back to NY we will stay there again
Thanks to all the staff at the WestHouse for making our Stay a memorable one, and for making us feel welcome.

The staff were absolutely excellent from arrival right through our stay. We arrived to a buzzing atmosphere with many enjoying cocktails in the foyer and a Jazz Pianist. Our room on the 5th floor was superb - the room had every amenity you could think of, the mini bar had every spirit available I could think of, the bathroom was incredible, and getting into bed every night after a long day of sight seeing and taking in New York, was a fantastic feeling.
Being so central, I was concerned it might be noisy but we could not hear a thing from Times Square. Great access to the subway station, so within minutes you could be downtown walking the Brooklyn Bridge, in Greenwich Village enjoying a cocktail, or taking a stroll through Central Park.
I would go so far as saying this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, if not the best. If you are looking for a boutique hotel, with a central location I could not recommend this enough. Absolutely superb.

Beautifully refurbished, the Plaza lived up to expectations. Brilliantly located on corner of Central Park South, just at 5th Ave Subway stop. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and probably the quietest hotel room we'd ever slept in - no disturbances from other guests or noise from the streets below. (We were on the 18th Floor.) Generous and good-quality toiletries, well-proportioned bathroom with separate shower room.
Staff always happy to help, but discreet.
We only ate once in the hotel - in the Todd English restaurant. Food was really good, but we had to sit at the counter, as there's not a very big seating area. Good variety of options in the Food Hall, and lively atmosphere.
We'd definitely consider another visit - which is rare for us as we prefer trying new places.
Would certainly recommend it.
Conrad is "awesome" to quote my ten year old granddaughter who was staying with me. Suite was beautiful, clean and quiet. Staff was very professional and helpful, especially Andy. Thanks for making our visit to NY so special.
