Mostly would like to rave about man at front desk who helped us check in and out. Could not have been nicer, more helpful, efficient, etc. (Did not get his name).
Hotel is close to train station amd bus. It is not near sightseeing, but near shopping. Wifi was good. Apples at front desk. Small fitness center. Conditioner in room.
This was a wonderful hotel, comfy beds, spacious rooms, lovely staff, Susan in particular. Our room looked over the Brandenburg Gate which, with October lights festival was spectacular. The food at the Michelin restaurant was as good as it should have been ( but the experience was slightly marred by being overcharged by 560 euros- it was sorted out efficiently). I would go back again tomorrow if I could.
Excellent service from start to finish. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Berlin, have had to for conferences etc but always return to the Bristol out of choice. Superb staff and facilities. Quite frankly proper old style Berlin. Quite perfect.
Stayed at the Radisson for 4 nights in October. The staff were very friendly, the concierge was helpful. We stayed in an inside room, didn't have any blue light at all that other reviewers have mentioned. In fact it was very quiet. The hotel is in a good location just down from Alexanderplatz and within walking distance of Brandenburg Gate. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that, but would definitely stay there again.
Lovely boutique hotel with very friendly staff. It was a little bit off the beaten track so we had to take taxis everywhere at night. Didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. Loved the quirky decor and our bedroom looked over Berlin Zoo which was quite an unusual view.
