For ~£200 per night including taxes, this was superb value. On the 32nd floor, overlooking the incredibly busy river, we had a large room, with a settee, desk, and king size bed. Wardrobes were in a separate foyer area near the generously sized bathroom, which had a shower room, toilet, bath (with shower attachment) and two washbasins. The hotel runs its own little craft to take you across the river - useful for the shuttle boats which go up and down river to most of the sights, and for the underground stop. This seems to run pretty well on demand. Two of the restaurants have riverside dining - we'd particularly recommend Thiptara, the Thai restaurant - but there are other air-conditioned alternatives. Staff were always attentive and helpful, and the hotel was spotless. Sheets, towels etc changed very frequently. We'd definitely stay again if in Bangkok.

We stayed for 4 nights in November. Everything was great! I highly recommend it. We took the skytrain to National stadium, but realized it's not too far and walked back to the hotel which was way more interesting.

It was a wonderful experience as the staff were very attentive and warm. The room was impressive and they served REALLY GOOD COFFEE and a good buffet spread for breakfast. Downside is if your room doesnt come in with complimentary breakfast, it may seems a bit costly considering you're staying in Bangkok..

My friend and I stayed four nights, on a jaunt from Singapore and the US. Everything was lovely, staff could not have been nicer and more attentive. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Only issue, which they rectified as soon as we reported it, our shower drain was blocked so room was a little stinky and the shower flooded the whole bathroom. Dining choices are a little limited but there are so many other places to go. The river taxi is wonderful, it takes you up the river to lots of convenient places and is fun and free and very regular. We loved our visit and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel has 4 excellent restaurants plus the general resrtaurant on th first floor. Morning breakfast buffet is very generous with a wide variety of food, enough to hold your appetite for the rest of the day. Staff is discrete and helpful and friendly.
