Best Yasmine Luxury Hotels

Hasdrubal Thalassa & SPA Hammamet
5.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (124)
"This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door...

Hasdrubal Thalassa & SPA Hammamet
Magic Life Africana
5.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (114)
"We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice. "
Magic Life Africana
The Russelior Hotel & Spa
5.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (323)
"I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago. I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. The rooms are not...

Vincci Saphir Palace & Spa
5.0 star property

"Stayed here before. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Not as thoroughly cleaned as I woud have expected for a 5* as evidenced by hairs in bathroom and shower and sand on console table and floor. Staff generally ok and friendly but not as warm/attentive as in some other local hotels. Reasonable and fairly standard meal selection. Good salads and some freshly cooked foods (grilled fish, pizza, pasta omelettes etc.) Limited 'animation' more suited to couples seeking a quiet break than families...
