Went to visit Hong Kong one day, very good, but they forgot to tell me about my Chinese visa, as soon you cross to Hong Kong, your Visa is no good, you have to re-apply as you come back in China, inconvenient. Make sure you have multiple visa entry, beside that everything was ok.
Great hotel, great room and great pool. My staffing rating is only bought down by the reception staff member who looked us up and down, raised his eyebrows and, condescendingly, inquired whether we had a reservation, clearly assuming we didn't.
We were a bit scruffy, having just come off the overnight train and carrying backpacks, but its not what I expect from front line staff. Fortunately the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff were both friendly and attentive, even though not all the staff speak good English they are still very helpful. The executive rooms are clean and tidy, and perfectly adequate, it is a little out of the way from most of the places to visit. But is very handy if you need to cross over the border into Hong Kong and minibuses and taxis are readily available at the main entrance. The food in the hotel is quite expensive, but I cannot fault the quality of the meals whether you go for the oriental or western menus.

My stay at hotel was excellent. Room was very big. There is only Chinese tea in the room, a coffee maker and coffee supplies would be a good addition. I can hear the traffic noise in my room although I was on 11th floor. Making balcony door little sound proof would be good
