"A little bit of luxury "
We stayed for an overnight and we're not disappointed. Ore room was lovely, comfortable and quite airy. The blackout curtains were a fabulous touch especially with the lighter nights. The pool and spa facilities were a great addition and were very relaxing to use especially later in the evening. We only ate breakfast in the hotel however this was very lovely and plentiful with a number of options available. Staff who we spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

"Excellent stop off en route to South"
We loved our visit and the friendliness of the staff. Only two small points were that there is only one easy chair in double rooms. Why? There are two people staying. The other is that a full breakfast price of £15 is over the top, even for this standard of hotel. In my experience of many high quality hotels the breakfast cost should be around £8 to provide reasonable value for money and still provide a good profit for the hotel.

"Great stay with two kids for a weekend. "
We stayed for two nights with an 11 week old and a 3 year old in a family room which was really convenient with all the stuff required for a baby and plenty of room for the 4 of us.

"Great time at a lovely hotel."
We stayed at the hotel for a single night and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was superb. The only downside was the lack of a bath in our bathroom. However, the other facilities were great. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

"Good comfortable hotel. "
Good hotel, have stayed before. Everything OK but the restaurant and bar menus were a bit brief, not much choice, and the breakfast cooked selection was poor. The wi-fi was expensive (having just stayed in two good hotels where it was free) at £8 per day or £20 per 3 days. I arrived on the Saturday evening at about 5pm and signed in. I chose the three day option as I was staying until the Monday. As soon as I had checked out at 10am Monday the connection was chopped! Effectively I paid £20 for 41 hours use...not good. Would I recommend the hotel? Yes, but with reservations (see above).

"Great apart from the sofa bed"
In a quiet rural location, we were in the newer part, (no 44) excellent clean high standard self catering accommodation with all mod cons. Swimming pool a hit with adults and children. The sofa bed in the lounge was terrible, lumpy and gave me backache. When I mentioned it on checking out they said they were in the process of replacing them....not quick enough in my opinion so if you have adults and 2 children in your group make sure you get 2 bedrooms or risk an uncomfortable nights sleep and back pain the next morning.

"Nice, Family Friendly Hotel"
We were greeted at the hotel by a lovely member of staff and found that the staff were all as nice throughout our stay. Our room was large, had a separate bunk bed area for our child with a large game of snakes and ladders on the wall for her entertainment. The room came with all that you would expect, kettle, mugs, coffee, tea, free wifi, tv, hair dryer, ironing board etc and was very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, clean and well stocked with the usual soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shower cap. I must say that when we first looked out of our window our hearts dropped as we looked out directly onto the tracks for two roller coasters and some other rides but the park shut at 5pm each day we were there so the noise wasn't an issue as we were out when the park was open. The restaurant was clean and well organised when it came to the breakfast buffet, you were never waiting for food to be cooked and served and the selection of foods available was great for us. We also decided to eat from the a la carte menu one night but felt that the food was a little disappointing. Overall, we found the service to be exceptional, the room was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay.
