"Very professional service. Especially the fact that we arrived at 11:00 pm the night before a 7:00 am international flight. There was a 3:00 am wakeup call and the shuttle was waiting at 4:00 am. The fact that the airport shuttle was included for free as part of the room was a positive surprise. Note: Free airport shuttle service wasn't something we even knew about and should be more prominently advertised."
