2/10 Terrible

"The information for the room was misleading. Theres no Pool, no where to park, it’s in construction but when I asked the condition of the hotel, they said it was great and failed to mention it. There’s NO BREAKFAST and when asked if there was anything at all for any type of breakfast upon check in, the front desk women said “No, sorry”. Then when going down in the late morning, I mentioned that it was confusing with the name and there being nothing listed to the contrary. A different front desk worker stated, “yea it’s just the owners initials. But you can purchase these breakfast coupons for the IHOP next door for 6.99 for a a full entree. But it’s only usable from 6-9, and it’s 11am now. But here’s a 15% off coupon.” Which IHOP denied due to not being able to use it until 4pm. Despite me bringing it to their attention that I SPECIFICALLY ASKED about breakfast when I got there and the lady saying they had nothing for it at all, and a FULL breakfast area being set up, but no food out. No one cared. And I’m pretty sure the owner was there as well. It REAKED of pot, despite it saying non smoking. And none of the workers were welcoming. I will never go here or suggest anyone else plan a stay."

"I don't mind paying extra however, to make me pay $45 a day to valet park without being able to park literally anywhere else it's highway robbery no matter where you go. Also, I like the room but I had to call twice to get someone to come up and clean my room after the assigned housekeeper came unannounced into my room while I was half naked asking to clean our room I told her to come back it was 3:30 when she came I left around 4:30 came back around 11:00 p.m. that night and the room was still not cleaned I had to wait till the next day to call and have someone come and clean my room. Also, and this may not be the fault of the resort but with all the mulch and dirt on the beach we couldn't even go out into the water while other resorts clean their walkway to the beach our resort did not and it look tacky. The food was overpriced not an extensive menu we ordered buffalo wings they bring out naked chicken wings with buffalo sauce on the side not what we ordered. Was not a good time"

"This is a stunning hotel with magnificent beach views. In my view though, the room was overpriced. Besides having a great view it was large. But, there was not appropriate space to lay out luggage. The room surprisingly smelled stuffy/stale. The hotel was very clean, but the room itself felt like it would have benefited from a bit of extra time in that department. The shower, while large, felt dingy. Not sure if the tiles/grout need to be freshened or if it was unclean. The valet staff and bell-hop were excellent. The front desk staff upon check in was no particularly friendly. It felt like they were going through the motions waiting for their shift to end. Later that evening, the front desk staff were much more helpful! I did inquire about booking a beach cabana but was told I had to book that from pool/beach staff. As a disabled woman, that was not helpful. Navigating outside to find staff to book this in advance was particularly challenging, so I did not book anything. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful and breakful was wonderful! Eden Roc was wonderful to experience once, but I don't think it was so amazing to justify the high price that I paid."

"I stayed at the Versailles and overall had a great experience. The staff were helpful and the property itself is beautiful. My room on the ninth floor had an amazing view of the water, with beautiful homes and yachts nearby. The only downside was that Club LIV is located in the hotel. I stayed during a Sexyy Red concert, and when the event ended around 4:00 AM, the lobby was packed with drunk partygoers. It felt uncomfortable walking through the crowd to get to my Uber. I also didn't see any security, and there was only one front desk employee who seemed overwhelmed by guests asking about rides and food deliveries. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay."
