This hotel is in a perfect location, right across from the castle on the old-town square. Unless you get a 'hotel-transfer', you must walk across the square with your luggage, so be cautious if you have lots to carry. The rooms are old-style, and somewhat smallish, even though I'm older than any downtown building...LOL....The staff was totally helpful and nice, and even allowed our party to use their 'breakfast/front room' for our 'nightly Happy Hour'. If I return to Warsaw, I'll book here again!
Very good, welcoming hotel/apartment. Staff were very nice and didn't rush me to check out, even tho I'd slept late! Breakfast was a fairly standard affair, no prizes there, but the room was massive with a comfy couch and spotlessly clean. Recommended!!

This is not your regular hotel. It's a special place lacking many amenities - which is actually the point. It's style resembles living conditions in converted industrial buildings in Brooklyn. It's super hip, trendy and artsy.
I had 1 night in the hotel before coming back to US, hotel is very close to the airport and this is good thing, the staff very nice, they will order taxi for you, wake you up etc, very nice rooms, overall excellent experience there, I recommend.

There are a number of new Airport Hotels around Warsaw Chopin that are bright, comfortable and very modern. Sound Garden is the latest and offers something a little different. Compact but very comfortable and modern rooms. The design recognises that for most guests all items of furniture other than the bed and a desk are redundant, so a lrage plasma screen is located at the foot of the bed and a clever desk pod incorporates table, power points, USB and HDMI sockets - which also connect to the plasma screen.
The restaurant has a very Scandanavian feel, the menu varies during the day and the food offers good value for money. It's clear that the hotel is geared towards conferences and seminars, but I like the uncluttered, straight forward approach and atmosphere.

hotel was near malls, side shops, buses and trams. The staff were polite and accommodating. For Americans traveling to Warsaw and wanting to stay at Felix Best Western, there are no A/Cs or fridges in the hotel rooms like in the US. It's the way it is in most hotels in Warsaw unless you stay in a 5 star hotel. The weather was not stifling hot and it is cool during the night were you can leave the door or windows open for cool air. Other than those two inconveniences, I definitely would recommend others this hotel. Warsaw, overall, is nice place to visit. Clean city, lots of public transportation and people in general are polite and helpful.
