"Great Hotel, Central to everything you could need."
Shinjuku is a constantly buzzing area with plenty to do and see, Couldn't have asked for a better spot or hotel. Although the area is located in the so called "red light district" it is still very family friendly & enjoyable, not at all sleezy as some people have made it out to be. It is close to an array of beautiful restaurants, shopping, train and bus stations as well as the themed restaurants. Alice in wonderland restaurant and the robot restaurant are only a short walk and well worth the trip.
We stayed on the 16th floor (non smoking) and the rooms were smaller than what the western rooms usually are, however it was clean, comfortable, well designed and roomy enough for us to still walk around the room. The staff were very helpful and booked anything we needed, gave us directions and maps, translate things for us and go above what any western hotel service would. I highly recommend staying in this hotel and will definitely be going back on my next trip.
Very convenient to go to from narita coz it is a stop of the airport bus. Very near shinjuku station which is a hub for other places to go to. Shopping also very near. Room was comfortable and very clean. This will always be my base in Tokyo

I didn't stay much around, but the hotel was lovely. Clean, very comfortable and with character.
It's at a stonethrow from bustling Shinjuku and yet it is in a quiet area surrounded by nice small alleys with plenty of eating options around.
Transport-wise is ideal since it's very close to a subway line that brings you either into shinjuku (if you don't walk 10 minutes, that is) where you can take all sorts of transportations means, including the Narita Express and the Yamanote line. So, all in all, ticks all the boxes.
Female solo traveler her I do not speak Japanese, and this hotel was the perfect location for my 1st stay in Tokyo. Nothing Fancy, but clean and safe feeling here. A shuttle directly from airport less than $20 super convenient. This location was super convenient location; walking distance to shopping areas, and all the main shinjuku train station which connects you to the whole country. Just 1 stop away from Harajuku, maybe an hour to Kamakura etc... Some of the staff speaks English. There is a mart and great Japanese curry for $5-$10 at this location. I just didn't like breakfast here which is $15. I am a teeny woman so the super tiny room didn't bother me. Everything is tiny so if you're tall good luck. Overall a great stay, can't beat location right across street from Gov't Parliament Building where in it's towers you ca get a 360" view of Tokyo for free!!! I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.
Perfect location, next door to a station, easy access to all around shinjuku, harajuku, shibuya etc. hotel was clean, the room was a little small but plenty of space for both of us and all of our luggage. Great shower, great service. We also accidentally left our iPad behind and they were great about getting it sent back to us. Would reccommend to anyone!
