very central for shops and train. excellent location. Very good Italian buffet lunch at weekend - very good value too.
Room small but fine.
No instant coffee in any of the Japanese hotels we stayed in, (so not a criticism of this hotel)- so if you want to have coffee in bed take your own. But excellent coffee in all the cafes and breakfast places.

The hotel staff was helpful, room are small but very clean and complete with what you need. if some1 want to enjoy the resort or service it is not suitable, but i believe u come to tokyo, u will not sleep in ur room for whole day anyway.
Location was the best reason for u to stay if you plan have a tokyo trip, near to the station, shopping mall, restaurant and also the mart. overall, i am satisfied.

the hotel is very well kept. the staff was friendly. my room was bigger than I originally expected and very clean. temperature control in the room is a huge plus. location is short walk to station and there are plenty of good eateries in close proximity. also a small grocery store next door. my stay at Candeo was great!
