"We had a wonderful time. The staff were all very kind and helpful, the beach was clean, we could always find a chair at the beach or pool, the Concierge was very helpful at finding us a la carte restaurants to book us in. They remembered our names. It was my moms birthday so we ordered a cake and decor to her room, and it was so wonderful! They even decorated it again the next day, and gave her a cake at one of the restaurants! Wonderful time!"

"Overall did not have one bad experience. Food from the buffet and restaurant was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was outdated but was clean and spacious (we opted out of the upgrade for the renovated rooms). We will for sure come back to Bahia Principe"

"We stay at this property twice a year. Excellent, well-maintained property providing exceptional value. The small beach cove provides calm water year-round. The pools are about 4 feet deep and so they heat up nicely on sunny days. Food is wonderful with many choices including 3 buffet restaurants and 5 private dining restaurants. The Expedia building is centrally located near the quiet pool. I ask and within a few minutes someone is there to help. "
