"Never experienced this before with Expedia. Host never contacted or sent me any information on check in. I had to contact around 10pm and thankfully they answered after calling multiple times. I was given a code for a lock box and there was no key inside had get buzzed into the building and search for a key in other pad locks. Very disorganized.
