My family and I were taking a relative to see New York City/surrounding areas for the first time and thought (rightfully so) that Brooklyn would be a great neighborhood for rest stops, itinerary planning and meals. We loved everything about our one-night stay at The Hampton Inn! The room was clean and our beds super comfortable. The complimentary hot water/tea/coffee station in the reception area really came in handy as someone in our group was just beginning to feel under the weather. I typically walk around with a water bottle so I really appreciated the water fountain as well.

The hotel was in a fantastic location in the Little Italy area of NYC. It's an oasis from the busy city outside. The hotel has 14 excellently appointed rooms surrounding a small internal atrium.
The rooms are quiet and you hear no street noise. The staff are excellent and the breakfast provided is a great start to the day.
Broadway is a stones throw away, and the nearest subway 5 mins.
