We only spend $180(including fees and breakfast) per night for a double bed room very quiet since it's not facing the construction side(important!)
Deal include free access to water park. local bar Nara, aquarium and it's not that far to walk to all the places.
Staffs are very friendly. Walking distance to a village where food and liquor can be purchased.
We absolutely will go back again.
I love this hotel - great location, close to all the tourist action, but far enough away to give you great privacy. Separate bedroom and full kitchen are a nice plus. The grounds are beautifully kept and full of local vegetation (bromeliads, orchids, local flowers and shrubs). I've stayed here once or twice a year for the past three years and plan to go back.
It had everything we wanted. Two great pools, a beautiful beach with a private access, a wonderful outdoor bar/restaurant. Best part -- not a lot of people, like the big hotels (RIU, Atlantis). Rooms were ok. Big and roomy. Bathrooms could use a little updating but were clean and functional. We had a one bedroom, with a queen hideabed and a bath and a half. Every unit had a lanai and the grounds were well maintained. We liked this place a lot.
The room I had was reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the TV has plenty of channels, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the pool was OK. The one meal I had there was excellent and better than the meals I had at restaurants nearby. Had I paid 4 times as much, which was the price charged by other nearby 4-5 star hotels, I would have expected a much nicer room with better facilities and better service, but for the price, Coco Plum was OK and in my opinion good value for money. Its location, not too far from the airport and easy transport into Downtown Nassau on the $1.25 bus service, I was overall very pleased with my choice, and felt I had received good value for my money.
If you really want 4-5 star and are prepared to pay dear for it, don't stay at Coco Plum!
