I love this hotel - great location, close to all the tourist action, but far enough away to give you great privacy. Separate bedroom and full kitchen are a nice plus. The grounds are beautifully kept and full of local vegetation (bromeliads, orchids, local flowers and shrubs). I've stayed here once or twice a year for the past three years and plan to go back.
Loved our stay. People very friendly and helpful. Bonus with our free day passes to Atlantis and free breakfast. Close enough to walk to downtown Nassau if you like to walk. From hotel to downtown approx 45 mins, lovely view from the Nassau bridge. Food tour we booked was very enjoyable. Will vacation to Nassau again and will stay at the Comfort suites.
The hotel was very accommodating with their inclusive package. Anytime of the day you are able to have something to eat and drink and the staff is very friendly!! There is enough room at the pool area to swim with the 3-4 different pools.
The room I had was reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the TV has plenty of channels, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the pool was OK. The one meal I had there was excellent and better than the meals I had at restaurants nearby. Had I paid 4 times as much, which was the price charged by other nearby 4-5 star hotels, I would have expected a much nicer room with better facilities and better service, but for the price, Coco Plum was OK and in my opinion good value for money. Its location, not too far from the airport and easy transport into Downtown Nassau on the $1.25 bus service, I was overall very pleased with my choice, and felt I had received good value for my money.
If you really want 4-5 star and are prepared to pay dear for it, don't stay at Coco Plum!
