"Hotel Wing Meguro"
Stayed here for just under two weeks, my first time in Tokyo. Great Hotel! If you want to be near Shibuya then this hotel is very close to Meguro station and on two stops away from Shibuya. Lot's of nice cafes and restaurants along the Meguro river, Meguro is less busy and has a more laid back atmosphere. No problems with the Hotel, I didn't have breakfast so can't comment but the staff are friendly and I just came and went as I pleased :) Tv, fridge, (very deep bath!) Unfortunately I was put into a smoking room - but I didn't mind as I couldn't smell any smoke as the room had be deodorised. Lot's of convenience stores about open 24HRs near the Hotel, would stay again :D

Pocket Guide: Tokyo Meguro 3 stars Hotels

Meguro is a residential district in southwest Tokyo. The Meguro River gives the district its name, and in May you can find families picnicking under the cherry trees that line its banks. September sees a festival celebrating the local delicacy, a fish called samna. Those with strong constitutions should check out the 8.8 meter tapeworm on display at the Meguro Parasitological Museum.
