The grounds are beautiful and spacious, but the pool is not heated nor clean. Additionally, our cabin needed a deep cleaning to eliminate spiders and cobwebs. "On two nights we couldn't get dinner because reservations at all 5 restaurants were full. The only reservation was for 8:45 pm and it was 10 pm, and if you go early they don't accept reservations because it's too early. Reservations are only accepted for 7 pm. The elevators are dirty and smell very bad, and other people complained about the bad smell and the poor organization of the restaurants.👎👎👎👎👎"
