"Old style hotel with historic architecture, one block from the waterfront. Staff were all excellent and on point. The building is from a bygone era, so entries, stairwell, and lighting are not the most modern, particularly if you are expecting a Marriott or Hilton with a Starbucks in the lobby. Great service, outdoor area, restaurant, and clean."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

"Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. I called the lady who showed us the room and told the problem, she was nice and polite, so i really hope they will do something...
